Sorry for the late reply! Wladek arrived at this wildpark 6 months ago without his tail. I have no clue what happened to his tail.

He's a crested black mangabey from West Africa. But, with Wladek's tail reduced to a stump (probably from some dispute with a rival male), he actually looks more like a Celebes black macaque from Indonesia!
