Nice van! In particular liked the 2 room wash room arrangement - and also the under seat storage that pulled out would possibly work quite well for shoes … I always seem to have too many shoes kicking around in my van! Another great review Karina and Jules!x

I don't think it was shown in this video but there is a lift up section of flooring behind the passenger seat that's on the raised section that's perfect for shoes around 12 pairs. Also under the seat section behind that opening lower drawer with the bin, there is a huge void of storage that goes back a little way into the washroom area too. It's impressive for storage. Yes I did have one of these by the way. Brilliant van.

This van conversion looks really good to me! Loads of storage, I like the extra counter space and cupboard. The bed is fantastic and the washroom is very adaptable! You could leave that flap up over the toilet, doesn't really matter if the toilet gets wet it usually does in other vans and you have to wipe everything down after anyway so that wouldn't intrude! When I first saw the prices of campervans I too was shocked. However when you look at the average cost of new EV cars and how much people will spend on top spec Audis, BMWs etc… the more I now think the campervan prices are actually priced well and fair.

Love teh storage in this van , theres plenty of it . The only gripe i have with the front area , is where the tv is situated, how do the people who are sat facing forward going to sit and watch tv ? I like the hidden controls . When you removed the covers for the sink , where arethey supposed to be stored ? Agree withyou the use of a cutting board , but also perhaps they could have been used as a draining board on the worktop to the right of the sink and water drained back into the sink? I also like the contrast in wood and the cream, its a nice stylish touch . I also prefer a full bank of drawers, I wouldve been disappointed if the last drawer you opened had been a drop down door . The 2 room concept , Im afraid it was a bit DIY . I hope in future vans they have made a more professional design on it .That small wall , I would think if you werent concentrating , you could damage your leg getting out of the washroom., I do feel that there could have been more thought and design on the washroom. I am a similar size to Jules and I would struggle in that tiny room. I wrote this before Jules stepped inside it . But honestly , I really do think that this IS the compromise, which is a shame becuase the rest of the van is stunning .

The non 2 room version doesn't have the small lower piece of wood, and I've showered perfectly OK considering it's small size and I'm 6'3". It's now the largest, I'd use shower blocks but it works fine. In the other version, the fridge is opposite the washroom, and you get larger wider drawers, and an extra pull up side flap of workspace. It's all about what works for us all, I do like the Malibu vans, although 6'3" is the max as I'm just touching the ceiling with my head.

Good evening, yes, it is very cold here in North Yorkshire and we still have a lot of snow on the roads. With the TV, you would generally sit in the swivelled chairs to watch. I would store the sink covers in a draw it stand then against the splash back.

I wonder how comfortable you can be with 5 in a vehicle of these dimensions, yes you have the pop top option but it could be a squeeze. I wonder if a slightly longer wheelbase and a bathroom with a flip door for the shower would be a better option.

Those porthole windows look like toilet seats from the outside, lol! That bathroom setup was ingenious with that door setup. But that shower was horrible, not quite sure how you’re supposed to bend your elbows to use your arms to wash your hair! But, but… i’d choose a bigger kitchen and suck up a claustrophobic shower in a hot second.

Great presentation and description - I like everything but the colour. Tests have shown white to be the most visible under all road conditions, and the most thermally efficient - slow to give up heat and to absorb heat.. Grey seems to be the hardest to see on our grey roads and grey misty weather. And if you say you can see it - remember its not about what you can see - its whether others can see you and not pull out in front of you etc. I realise grey is fashionable but for safety (and thermal efficiency) reasons its not for me.

Look at their brochure... The 180hp and 9 speed auto is 8k.... You get the idea. 10" navigation is 4.5k.... Funnily enough Fiat sell that nav option for 1.5k but I guess Malibu and carthago like to add their margin on!!

Electric handbrake Keyless entry and go Digital instrument cluster and colour display in dashboard Fiat 10.1" multimedia with dab and motor home guidance (width height etc) Multifunction steering wheel Driver cabin auto air conditioning So really it's a bargain 😂 MALIBU call this package their "Fiat Infotainment Package" To be fair not having a bunch of keys dangling around your knee caps, it's gotta be worth it, not to mention shitty eyesight needing a 10" display, it's really a must have

The one I ordered in November 2022 was 89k, it arrived in March 2024, and with its options the price in November 2024 was 104k... It had a few more things than this van had, but essentially very similar. Prices have gone mad.

Thank you for watching, that is certainly quite a price increase! Many people were caught out in 2022 and 2023 when they too had motorhomes on order and prices went up by huge amounts. They were told they would have to absorb the price increase or lose their motorhome. I am glad yours arrived last year and I do hope you enjoy it!! 😊

@@HereWeTow Carina, we followed in your footsteps, after 5 months we bought an Adria Compact Supreme DL as the Malibu had no real living space. Have to say we are truly loving the Adria being the same width as a ducato van and we get extra space and more payload than the Malibu plus it's half a metre longer and the garage space is larger than a van. Love your videos, you're easy on the ears. More of Jules too, he needs the infront camera experience. Thank you lovely lady x

Silly money love the way she called it a motorhome, it's a Van conversion not quite the same. The biggest difference is a motorhome doesn't have back doors and it's usually a lot wider. Your £30,000 over priced for a van that you won't be able to use after 5 years.
