Maschine is bananas period. It’s been ahead the game so if it only got stem separations that was enough of you know how to use it you CAN’T BE STOPPED

Using maschine in a daw is such a pain imo. I use it in standalone . Mike from LP runs it side by side using it and abelton .

That actually sounds like a great workflow. I agree it’s a pain I just did it for the video so it was easy to channel the audio output for the video.

i really just hope they keep Maschine as a beat maker I do have pro tools but i don't like making beats in the daw that i would record vocals in if that makes sense. I only been with Native since Covid so the update is really a update in my opinion lol

I got 3.0 and now my user/3rd party packs are not showing in browser. The files are on my computer but only N.I. sounds are showing installed. Any ideas?

Open "preferences" & go to VST plugin Pathway directories & ADD the DRIVE location to where those 3rd party products are saved & RESCAN them from inside Maschine bkz Maschine will only recognize It'z own products when first opened. Naturally you have to direct the FILE SCAN directories of Maschine to your desired personal "USER" locations folders which don't just come loaded In Maschine's VST pathway directories (bkz their your personal software products & no one knows what you have) ahahha ijs lmao smh. Other than that, if ur denoting to some other Issue I don't know what to tell you bkz ur not being definitive enough In detailed issue description. Pretty vague "#rd party packs"? What packs. SAMPLE packs. Vst sound LIBRARY sounds packs. Maschine Packs etc. But long & short Is that If you've checked in NATIVE ACCESS & It says everything Is properly installed then you just need to RESCAN bkz it's NEW with MASCHINE 3.. So you have to do like you did when you first git M1, & M2, same drill. So just think In that mindset bkz I'm sure you've done this before. MAybe not not lol. But that should do the trick. Let me know if that helped. Sometime we get so excited (with our new toys) we can & tend to over look the small things wanted to get started so fast you feel me aha I had to rescan ALL my VST 2 plugins, but my VST 3 plugins all scanned on first load open of M3. SO that's probably your culprit right there bro. You just forgot about it Is all & moving to fast ahah. I do It all the time lol. Admittedly It's a LOT keeping up with & to contend with remembering everything at all times with all this technology & software programs that are steadily advancing by the (day) hour seemingly.. Making beat's & music production along you have to have a "MULTITASKER'S" mindset & mentality, otherwise in due time they WILL quiet & give up on the craft, or rather pursuing It as a hobby or profession. A lot of "BRAIN" work & recall memory skills are a high requirement to be successful In the music field

Ai Stem separations and still cannot change patterns synced. It's terrible.

i will be honest NI is greedy, i dont need new controller i got mk2 and its fine for my, its midi controller so no support for old controllers its spit to face, i spend over 1000£ FOR NI produckts and now they say, no you dont play with us! its idiotic i wass waiting for new controller but with whol love to software, politic like that want mi to switch akai, and all of you who got mk3 you think oh well it gona come to you as well at some point.

It makes sense it doesn’t work with the old controllers . Lots of old controllers stop working with 0S updates . The controllers are a decade old lmfao.

@@miserycodebeats1722 do you understand it is only midi input you can build your own button box and same as controller assigned controls, lack of support is there choice, and it's extremely not fair to force people to buy mk3.

@ it’s designed for the new controller , it’s not fair to assume they should make it all work nicely with the old controllers they made. I’d say it’s the other way around. Unfair to NI for users to not support there new stuff, then use it and expect a lot .

How much did NI pay you? Incredibly underwhelming upgrade, especially after all this time. Check out their own video for the release of the upgrade, the comments are almost 100% negative. The stem separation example in the video of theirs was cherry picked, it does not work that well.

Ni has lost the plot and are content to make money off of expansion packs. I’m a ni fanboy and Ni used to be groundbreaking now they lost in the dust. Sure NI has nice samples hard to miss when you’ve put out a terabyte of sample content.
