Hey girl. Regarding head lice 🤢I made it to 48 years old lice-free, until last year my middle school daughter brought it home😭we both have waist length hair so you can imagine. So disgusting. What I have done ever since that situation, is I got a spray bottle, filled it with water and essential oil tea tree. I spray her hair every single morning before school and brush it through. I think it’s less expensive than the shampoos and it seems to be working thank God.

Fall weather in MN and pumpkin is my jam! As soon as u posted those 2 pumpkin things from sams club I made my friend go get them for me. The drizzlicious is AMAZING and I haven't tried the pretzels yet. I also made high protein pumpkin baked oatmeal. I eat it as a yogurt bowl. I put in adnb Breanne blend - the pumpkin one can't remember the name if it now and also lilys pumpkin spice chips pumpkin puree and obviously other ingredients- so good
