This is great.The prepping is my least favourite part of cooking but like you said having the ingredients ready makes it faster and easier in the end.

For hard boiled eggs I swear by this. Add eggs to water, bring to boil, boil for 14 mins. Drain, rinse with cold water until cool enough to touch. Then gently crack eggs all around onto bottom of the pan(the small cracks allow water to seep in) Sit in cold water for 5-10 mins then peel

Make your hard boiled eggs right in your instapot. Just use the 5-5-5 method. 5mins to come to pressure, 5mins to pressure cook and then 5mins for natural release. Then take out and put in ice bath. they come out perfect. just dont forget to add a cup of water and use the grate in the bottom for the eggs to sit on.

I used to struggle with my eggs! Get your water boiling first, then add them and cook for 10 minutes. Then take them straight out and into iced cold water. Give them a few minutes to cook before you peel them ☺️ good luck 😂 love your vid! Had it on whilst I was chopping all my fruit up!

Dear sister Cooking hard boiled eggs takes 10 minutes, add salt and little coconut oil, it’s easy to peel.😊

Your hard boiled eggs are fine. Consider not using fresh eggs but ones that are at least a few days old. The shell comes off a lot easier and therefore look more appealing to eat. That said, there wouldn't have been anything wrong with the ones you made.

Here, at 12 am only eating junk food while binge watching meal preppers videos 🙈 😂. Somebody give me the courage to want to. I want to know if there are any easy recipes w/ like 3-5 ingredients and like 3 steps, lol. Somebody needs to tell me how much money they saved from eating out at restaurants. My family has genetic high blood pressure concerns, and we are also a high-stress family as well. I don't know where to start with what kind of diet I'd need. 😔

Plant based recipes helped me alot with health and we eat meat/chicken/seafood only a few times a week. You can also buy those books that have 5 ingredients recipes. A good KZbin channel I found is Dr Fuhrman. He talks a lot about food and nutrition which is important

I definitely think so! It is really up to how much protein you want to intake.
