Absolutely love the facelift model… been reading some comments that are considering the pre-facelift… don’t do it. The facelift model is so much better. It’s like they found all the things that could be improved on the old model and changed them. The audio system, although appearing to be the same as the pre-facelift, has been tuned and sounds amazing. Deeper base and richer sounds. So good. And the Mercedes voice control is 99% accurate. Especially the hot words like “next track”, or “show map”… you can talk and talk, but when you say those key phrases, it will do what you want. No need to say Hey Mercedes! Works VERY well. The steering wheel feels great. Haven’t had any issues with the touch buttons - but you can also reduce its sensitivity… I’ve got it set to the lowest sensitivity. And the driving - it’s just as amazing as always. Love this car, and love this version.

The A classes with 4matic+ (so the 35 and 45 are included obv) are heavily front biased when you arent going full ham. As long as the 4matic system doesnt see a need to be "active" its 70% front~. The 4matic+ system also allows for 100% rear or front/left and right side if neccesarry. Unlike the normal 4matic system (without the +) which can only decide between more front or back.

BS. The fact is you can't drive performance cars to the max on public roads, nothing do with talent.

If they had the talent they would buy something rwd

Peak power is at 5200 rpm and u will only hit that in gear 1 and maybe 2 before breaking the speed limit and u got another 6 gears to go.

It's not fitting if the finish is not up to par at that price point. Unfortunately i keep hearing from more people Mercedes is letting interior finish slide on their latest models.
@ThrottleBody Жыл бұрын
It’s the same everywhere. Audi and vw are guilty of the same. The last generation VAG models as a whole had much higher quality fit and finish.

@@ThrottleBody As the owner of a '22 Audi... I disagree. Quality is top-notch. BMW and Audi are on par with each other, but Mercedes is really a full step behind. Some economy cars in the USA market frankly have better build quality than Mercedes these days.

@@shammyh each to their own, but I disagree. Quality wise (especially interior is) bmw is ahead of them both. Mercedes is probably last, but VAG cars have taken a step back. When you compare the last gen rs3 to the current gen one it’s so obvious. They’ve got rid of half of the soft touch materials in the latest one.

i will never get over that dreadful 4cyl aspirator muffled toned down sound. otherwise, it's an excellent car. beautiful, well built, high quality interior and tech... a shame really. I'd be happy with a comfortable A200.

Well built and high quality doesn't go in the same sentence with an A class.
@happyhero1093 Жыл бұрын
@@evaristocorripio5434 Thats your opinion and not fact! Fact is A class is still of great quality ans well built as compared to its pairs. Still considered mid luxury with Audi and beamer.

Isit still based on the Renault Megane platform?

Great little car but why no mention of the Audi RS3 as an obvious competitor? Power just slightly down at 401. 3.8 to 60mph and arguably better looking (as a saloon).
@petercollins3291 Жыл бұрын
Was surprised this car can’t keep up with the Rs3 anymore, back then the Rs3 had no chance......handling maybe....just remembered there is Rs3 performance.......clearly it got no chance anymore.
