I was expecting a similar MSRP to the other new AMG 53 models around the 85K USD range, 122K USD I can't justify with this car, Beautiful car but not 122K USD worth

You're kidding? It's going to be worse in Canada then. I knew when they announced it as replacing the E-Class coupe, that it was just a C-class 2-door at an E-Class price. So disappointing.

Yea Mercedes is really pushing the prices too high without the performance. As bad as the c63 is this car shouldn’t be that close to the price 445 hp vs 670 hp for roughly 120K idk abt that. 😢

@@dash-ryan about $166,000CAD for this? lol bahaha, what a joke. Finally got money and wanted to buy this but seeing the price? Honestly, I'd rather buy the Lotus or a Cayman or anything else really. Can go get an M Competition and actually have some peace of mind. This is just ridiculous.

Its a beautiful car, but I'd expect that price on a newer 63 version. I think 122k is a bit to much for it. I expected this car to be in the 90k range competing with the Audi RS5. I think for that price they will have a hard time selling. So the prices will take a hit and depreciation after the first 3 years will see this in the 70k range (assuming prices stay that way)

Graphite Grey Magno. I'd suggest getting the standard Graphite Grey and then putting on a stealth PPF to get the same look. This way it protects the paint and easier to touch up while still giving the same look. Matte paints look great but are difficult to maintain. Rub too hard while drying and it will ruin the finish and even light scratches show up instantly. You'll have to PPF anyway, so stealth PPF is the way to go. Just make sure it's a good installer.

The cayman starts at 68,000 if the other porsce are too expensive 🤷‍♂ Same with this you could always get the cle300 😅😂

Have you seen the new AMG GT? Same story. Mercedes has always been chasing Porsche as lower cost alternative. The problem now is that Mercedes has jacked up the prices so high, there is no way I can justify buying an SL, GT or now a CLE at that price. If I had the money, I'd seriously test drive a Porsche before buying one of these, especially a pre-owned with warranty and low mileage will give you better bang for your buck.
