I gotta disagree with the point about the new models being different than the older ones. There may be minor differences, maybe a bit on how the face is modelled, maybe the hair on the horse. But my opinion is that the big differences that you're noticing between Wulf and Theoden come mostly from the paintjob. Look at the neck on the horse. The modelling is identical, but Theoden has more realistic hair effect, whereas as Wulf is more cartoony and flat. But I think that you can make your army consistent with the paintjob, even if the modelling is slightly different.

It's obviously hard to tell from pictures. But still think maybe the proportions have changed a bit. Look at theodens hands vs helmeted head. And Wolf's head vs hands. Thanks for watching!
