James i just got my 2nd meural as I enjoy digital art far too much lol. Anyway, I think meural needs to do 2 things for their new canvas 3. First, they need to up the resolution....another. 1920 x 1080 isn't even the sharpest in the digital frame market and meural.should have the sharpest res always as they have the best product imo. Second, the aspect ratio needs to go from 16:9 to 3:2......I'm sick of cropping great photos and art as most photos are 3:2.....and art is a lot in 3:2

There’s no downside really, this thing is far ahead of the competition as far and the clarity/realistic features of the display. Their app is very intuitive as well. Some may view their subscription to access artwork from around the world as a negative. But, having the Mona Lisa in your home is priceless.

I've been looking at the Aura range and their app has a users feature where you can invite users to use the app and upload photos to specific albums. Does this do anything similar? Also will it automatically update if I use my iPhone Photo app to add photos to albums?

No. All meural equipment only needs a subscription of you want to display artwork from artists or galleries.

Thank you for making the video. It doesn’t really translate well, however EVERYONE who reviews these say it does not look like just a monitor or TV.. so I guess we will go with it. I have yet to see any good digital picture frames in real life. I live in the country so maybe 1 or 2 people have $40 ones from Walmart/Kmart.. and where you know, the whites are blue and have to view directly at it, no side angle viewing. Anyway Meural seems to be the “Go too” brand of choice. There are others, but reviews of the cheap ones, poor user controls/uploads, poor viewing angle..when they get better they are around the same price as Meural. I’ll look at your other videos. I’m thinking the larger ones with white boarder and black frames for simulated gallery display. I used to frame all of my photos for gallery until it all burned down in the fires a few years ago. Lost all the negatives, prints etc.. slowly getting back into photography, now that it’s digital... (Nikon D300s and about to jump into mirrorless Nikon Z6II most likely)... however if this one is a lot cheaper than the other Meural’s I might try it as more casual standing frame.

Sorry to hear about you loosing all of your work in a fire. But, I can tell you, hands down anything from Meural looks great. I’ve seen the 40.00 digital picture frames. Heck, I’ve seen 150.00 ones and none of them look this good. They were all just mediocre. These Meural products and simply amazing. Pictures from my iPhone look great. The artwork that you have access to looks amazing as well. I put up some digital photos from my wedding. Pictures taken by a professional and they look absolutely stunning on this one and the bigger one. I have both… If you’re at all concerned if you’d like it or not, don’t worry. You can just return it. But, I promise you’ll be happy.
