One thing I enjoy about the starters is how they're anthropomorphized without just becoming straight up fursuits like a bunch of modern starters. They're clearly based off of more human traits, but don't go so far into them that they have absurdly human silhouettes.

It’s also important to mention, for Maripome, the element of sacrifice which is heavily featured in central and southern American mythos. “The gods feed the people and the people feed the gods” Maripome is “the people” sacrificing itself to save everything, this is also seen in the fact that it’s a monarch butterfly, a symbol of spirits in our mythologies.

Nosepunch is also inspired by the boxing culture in Mexico which is considered on of the best in the world with talents like Julio Ceasar Chavez, Canelo Alvarez, Ruben Olivares, etc.

I've seen all the videos of the Mazah region and I loved it, I even played the demo game of it and once it's complete with all the gym leaders, elite 4 members and vice verca my team will be as well as my favorites are Bathygigas, Mudsmacha, Mazaian Maractus, Gusteon, Cryoger and Suchobile 🤞🏻💕🎮

I like that with that water type they fix the whole "you can't have fish water starters because fish die if they're out of the water and most of the games takes outside of water" by adding the water bubble around it's head so it can breathe outside the water kinda like in SpongeBob when see creatures go outside the ocean, thought it was a good idea

Nothing against your face lol. Just imagine a gaming content creator that has their face cam take up 50% of the screen. It’s not terrible, it’s just not what people clicked on the video for, hence the face cam in the corner like most content creators do. You know the drill. The Mon's I'd use Quetzillian Fire/Dragon My 2 favorite types, and has insane Special Attack and Speed. Bathygigas Water/Psychic This thing is a damn tank. Just look at that HP and Special Defense. Roadrapter Electric/Flying Gohila Poison It's based on Godzilla, enough said Suchobile Dragon/Poison Mak'wahurt Rock/Dark This thing is a monster Over all, I didn't like that many of the Mon's here Not so fun-tact, Humming Bird's metabolisms are so high that they are constantly 2 hours away from starving to death. That's why Humbeat is so exhausted.

These aren’t official Pokémon. They’re fanmade, and these aren’t even bad. Old designs weren’t *all* great either. For every cool or memorable Pokémon back then, there would be several that are literally just a regular animal. Sure, older generations had some of the best designs in the series, but they also had a lot of the most forgettable ones, too.

Why can’t these fakemon get the starter typing right? Why the fuck does one starter have a secondary typing, but the others don’t? Sometimes one starter just has a primary typing, but no secondary typing. It should be first stage with one typing, second stage with one/two typings, third stage with two typings. It’ll be a bit unfair.

Pokemon have been doin this since gen 1. Blastoise doesn't have a second typing but Charizard and Venusaur do. At the end of the day it is up to the artist to do their region however they like
