This was some pretty poor police tactics by some guys that seemed scared to use force. There are three of them and they ask for more help. How about, use your Tazer instead of waving it around like a fairy princess wand! Same with pepper spray. Don't use it! Let's run out on the hwy and roll around in the dirt on the side of the road.... Not good.
