We were in a construction zone so therefore barricades on both sides of road. This semi driver was upset for no reason that I was aware of. There was a preius in front of him whom he was flipping off cussing and stalling his semi at. At one point he was probably a foot from the preius, we were probably going 50-60mph at this point. I was stuck on the side of the semi cause traffic trapped me there, he started swerving into my lane, I had to drive inches from the barricades and just started praying. To be fair they didn't show her respect when they engaged with her. It's common courtesy to great a person when first engaging with them. Good day mam. How's it going. In her annoying rant one of her grievance was that they didn't listen to her side. True. They didn't care but immediately told her she was being trespassed. Yes in situation like this it usually doesn't matter what the other person side is because the owner can trespass whoever the feel like they don't want. But still the respectful thing to do would have been to give her an opportunity to talk. The good cop thing to do wouldn't have been to use de escalation tactics. The respectful thing to do would have been to give her the incident report number she wanted and any other info not use that as an excuse to initiate an arrest/put her in hand cuffs. I think the respectful thing to do would be to wait for the guy in the grey shirt to finish loading the truck and then expect her to leave. How can she leave with the goods she was delivering sitting out in the sun in parking lot. If the got stolen or damage shed be responsible. I'm still confused why the rejected the goods and why the manager called the cops. Seems like a situation that could have been solved with out cops involvement.

Seems the management, who represents the property owner, refused the shipment because of her behavior and wanted her trespassed. She was hot from the jump. She could've conducted herself with a little composure and the entire aftermath could've been avoided. Instead she was all over the property, hassling employees, when she should've stayed with the truck. Leaving the police with few options but to put an end to the dramatics by removing her the way police do. If she couldn't see the err in her ways and how this could end, then that's on her. Hope this helps.

Managing your emotions is one of the core life skills. I suggest people learn that as early as possible as it will serve them very very well throughout their entire life.

I'm pretty sure she's mentally ill, and may even have been diagnosed. This certainly isn't normal behavior, but what you clearly haven't a clue about, is that various mental illnesses can make it impossible to control one's emotions. That's also a huge segment of the population, not just some tiny fraction. Most mentally ill people never get diagnosed, let alone treated. Have some compassion for them....if you can manage that small thing. I doubt it, though, as it takes a large degree of selfishness to make the comment you made...a lack of empathy. Yeah, I'm happy she was arrested. I don't care how mentally ill you are, screaming at people for no reason can't be entirely blamed on mental illness, and people are rightfully concerned when they witness that behavior.

This is the result of fatherless families that was created by LBJ in the 1960s. My comment to this young lady is “thanks for perpetuating the stereotype“.

@@TheEudaemonicPlague This looks like nearly every black woman I've seen in my entire life, and theres several hundred just where I work. They get just like this off the smallest thing, never fails. Adult infants because momma and grandma taught them the entire world is against them.

@@TheEudaemonicPlaguefatherlessness, narcissistic personality, entitlement, and probably a full scale IQ of below 90 with a low verbal IQ. As other commenters have said, perhaps this is her plan to obtain unemployment checks. If she is mentally ill, hopefully she gets diagnosed in prison.
