M365 E3 includes Conditional Access, but you need the E5 Security add-on to get risk-based conditional access. You mention many times that you are using risk-based CA for connections. Does this license then give you risk-based CA? Or do these features also require the Entra ID Plan 2 add-on to get risk-based CA?

@@MSFTMechanics So assuming you aren't getting Entra P1 through a suite like M365 Business Premium or EMS E3, Entra Suite functionality is $18/user/month for an org that wants to deploy it?
