NEW Miniverse SPA series 1 unboxing and build - bath bombs and specialty soaps

Let's try out the new Miniverse Spa series 1 surprise balls - apple bath bombs and peach marbled soap. PLUS adding embeds to the top of the soap to create a boutique soap look using ONLY miniverse items!
The spa series isn’t really something that appeals to me directly, but I still wanted to try them out to at least get the cute tub, bath tray, and loofa miniatures. Hopefully someone figures out a good accurate way to determine the contents because I really want the bath scrub but I’m not willing to get more soap or bombs!

Oh they knew exactly what they were doing with the tub feet design! 😂 Also, I wonder if the bath bomb set was supposed to come with 2 bottles and it just was one that they messed up and forgot the other bottle? I've seen it before with other kits.

These are the only series I’ve ever wanted from them hahahaha. I have always wanted to make bath products but I never bought supplies since I knew I would only try it once or twice. This is perfect for scratching that itch I’ve had for years!

Completely understand that! I have a tub full of stuff to make soaps and bombs because my kids love to do it for christmas gifts (melt and pour soap for the kids so no lye).

I think they are cute but I only want one of each type. There is a video where it goes over how to tell the sugar scrub, bath bomb, and soap apart. It's all in the noise they make when you shake them.

From what I’ve seen from soap maker videos, the soap should dry harder over about a week. The toppings on the soap were adorable!!

I bet it’s cute though! Making one is definitely a good idea! I made a bath tray out of craft sticks a long time ago but that was for my daughter’s doll house. These ones are way nicer than mine.

Yes, having a full half of the items be bath bombs that only differ by color/scent was a choice. And I will honestly buy so many fewer with no cheats. I know some will buy boxes and boxes to complete collections or get what they want, but I don’t work that way 🙁

you have to wait for it to harden to turn to hard soap.. i think?

It did harden (I left it for a few hours) but it still didn’t feel ‘solid’ like soap. Kind of grainy but not soft like kinetic sand. I feel like if I tried to rub it like soap it would just crumble instead of lather… but I haven’t tried and don’t intend to use these, so it doesn’t affect me! Honestly I think using their cutter would be a mistake because of the texture though.

Yeah I used the entire bottle of scent liquid for just these two in order to get them to bind. I’m going to use some I have from real soap to do the other two later, anything like that should work as an additive.

They were at Target on an end cap. They didn’t have them in the normal aisle, it was these with some of the new mini brands.
