Yeah Outrun was only down for around 5 days, and i got the other monitor wired up to drop straight in which is handy Trouble with 1 in 1 out rule is I don’t like letting cabs go🤣

The new arcade looks brilliant especially with the new pc installed so many games to choice, it’s a nice looking cab mate and nice to see outrun running again Yep can vouch for the room just thinking about your Amiga and C64, if you got enough room on the desk maybe a monitor riser and stack them one underneath and one on top just a quick thought cheers Steve

My room just gets smaller and smaller😂 I thought about a worktop on risers all the way across but the monitors are the depth of the units so it would have to be pretty high to gain access to the keyboards🙈

Amazing new cab mate. For some reason I had in my head that you had picked up one of those mini Capcom cabs. You should get some model mini Vewlix cabs to compliment it. The PC looked great and looked like it has some cracking games on there. Talking of Vewlix I’d love one of those arcade sticks, I bet you’ve got one of them too ain’t you lol.

Cheers mate, I do like those model candy’s Those mini cutes are out of my price range now, I’d sooner get a dedicated as nice cutes are over £3k I’ve got all the 15k cabs I’d ever want now May look at a 31k cab for a Naomi, something like a New Net City, maybe even an Egret 3 but that’ll be it for Candy Cabs now

I found this video as I just bought a vewlix diamond fightstick. Cab looks great. Such a shame tatsunoko was stuck in wii only and not PS4. Great fun game.

Very interesting new cab Dude. Cool you can swap out the systems pretty easily. The wii version of that SF game is decent. But would always be better with a joystick. It often gets overlooked as SF4 was dominating the consoles at the time of its release.

Cheers Rob👍 I’ve disconnected Tatsunoko vs Capcom, it’s completely different hardware, takes less than 5 minutes to hook it back up though, it’s only 4 cables

Looks awesome buddy. Get some street fighter 4 game time in. Must admit SF4 has one of the best attract sequence in any arcade game hands down. Homura is brilliant too.

Hi Steve, thanks for the great video. Can you definitely confirmed this can run 1080p games? I can't seem to find confirmation of this online, the Arcade Otaku page states "768?" or XGA resolution for this cab. Would be great to know. Cheers.

I was wondering that exact same thing so I hooked up my PS4 and it didn’t run properly in 1080p I know you can get replacement monitors at 1080p and even 4K personally I’ll keep this original as I was never interested in running consoles in it

Hahaha Mine doesn’t have lights, don’t thing the DB one does either, when I stripped it to look at the monitor I noticed there was a socketed cable behind one of the side plastics, i imagine that being the power supply for the marquees light

@@Sinisteve yeah thats the connector for the light below the blue vewlix sign that the lights up the bottom of the marquee. Does the massive fan inside spin also. I swapped mine for a silent noctua one

The fan is pretty loud, it’s not bothering me yet though, I’d say the TTX2 fan is louder, can you still get the light fitting? That marquee needs light, not worried about the CP

I don’t think I need to...I’m not a fan of putting consoles in arcade cabs, turns the cabs into very expensive arcade sticks in my opinion. My 40” tv is a better display than the monitor in my Vewlix too
