I would like to add about being in the 'hippy' era..no one had cameras or phones..if you had a camera you were had some money ..just buying film and having it developed was expensive..so, the outcome of that lack of 'devices'..we were always in the present moment ..living it ..feeling it..not posing or having a conversation while checking our phones or even being in touch with anyone..you never used an excuse of 'no signal' for not connecting..you just didn't have a phone or access to one..such a simple life..I miss that.

I totally relate to what Pam says around 19:40 about the two ghost plays at the theatre and making a choice which you see; i was so consumed with wanting to wake my adult children & loved ones up that i spent most of 2020 trying to get people to see what i see as the truth and was spending a lot of time in whatsapp groups with other healthcare whistleblowers and those who want societal revolution ... i felt so stressed and unhappy with the world and so frightened what kind of world my children & grandchildren would inherit . Since 2021 (dec 21, 2020 to be precise) i have totally unplugged, ditched my social media & group chats and nolonger watch any current news or take part in any truther groups. Instead i spend my free time meditating , doing yoga, planning my garden, redecorating my house, eating delicious & nutritious food etc, its like the fable of the 2 wolves, its all down to which one you feed and it IS a choice. Since switching off , tuning out the low energy my vibration has soared and i feel no fear of the future . lots of love to everyone here ~ what a time to be alive xxx

Congratulations and well done! The greatest challenge for truthers is probably to let go of the constant vigilance and trust that Good will conquer Evil if we just let it. It is difficult though, when Evil people go unhindered about their business while Good people mostly dwell in Cloud Cuckoo Land. So refreshing to hear you stopped listening to the news. I quit all mainstream news almost 4 years ago now, after the Manchester Arena bombing. I was so devastated that kids had been targeted but my friend said something so profound to me. She said, "true compassion isn't hopelessness"... That was like a light bulb moment for me, because that's all the news does; makes you feel hopeless, powerless, fearful, angry and sad. We consume reports that evoke those feelings on a daily basis and become completely desensitised to it. We're brainwashed and manipulated into what to think and how to feel and when you remove yourself from it your mind becomes clearer, you feel so much better, learn to hear you own voice (your true voice) and trust your own judgement. I'm a bit late on things because I don't own a tv and have never used a smart phone or social media (apart from youtube) but I love being a free thinker (Mercury in Aquarius at the 29th degree in my 3rd house) and being able to choose for myself. Oh, so with you on this one. I have a radio alarm clock and love some of the DJs on Radio 2. After recovering from C-PTSD, where I couldn't listen to music without being constantly triggered (for 30 years), this is progress for me. The only downside? Every half hour - even first thing in the morning - there is a 5 minute news bulletin. I don't think I've ever heard a news bulletin which has ever given me anything useful and have been sensitive and very aware of manipulation through the media for years. I am a free thinker too, never wanted to follow the norm, can spot BS and fear-based reactions and energy a mile off. So it looks as though I am going to have to get quicker with the off button! I'm also going to have to clean up Facebook again, as there are positive groups I wish to engage with, and I cannot stand the platform itself. Get me back into the real world, where the truth of the heart really lies! 🙏💖🤗

I absolutely agree with keeping your frequency high. The thing is, so many of us are in circumstances where it isn’t always possible or even realistic keeping it up all the time. This is a challenging year; any seemingly negative thoughts should also be honored and integrated. Not all of us have the luxury of being in life situations where not much has really changed despite external circumstances and keeping up a high frequency is relatively straightforward. For most of us, it takes work - and some days are easier than others. We are all on our path. So if you do find it hard to keep up a high frequency, Don’t be harsh on yourself. On those days it is especially important to practice self love and self care. We are human.

I feel like this is the best year of my life. I am Aquarius with lots of gemini, Jupiter in Pisces, Venus in Capricorn and Mars in Aries. Some planets placed in the higher houses. Late 80s born, admirer of the 60s where my favorite writer wrote her 1st of many books on spirituality. Where I am now took being pulled away from some dark things, some not even involving me and me just observing. I saw the string theory behind it all. Now I'm in a place of major growth in knowledge (in school for LMT), spirituality (living in a basement of a hindu temple) and healing (giving and receiving massages everyday). Having been born in February 1962 and as an astrologer, I have found that not only does matter coalesce around frequency, so does knowledge and information. I made my list of intentions, included my family, friends and all souls (pets & wild animal in my life) just prior to 12:09pm MST ON THE DAY OF THE NEW MOON made a "prayer closet" out of my tellit (which was almost like a tent surrounding me) - a Jewish shawl and prayed from my highest self with genuine, heartfelt intent! I could feel a shift within the past few days and I felt like I was praying/sharing my intentions at an incredible moment! I am excited for the future!
