I've been through a huge journey over the last few years (and at times I literally did not think I could survive the onslaught of the OLD PARADIGM any more - at it's most PERSECUTORY... Reading your book this year was EXTREMELLY HELPFUL! I've partly moved to a different country now (and left your book at my old address for now) and the process of FINDING a PLACE in this NEW country / world / PARADIGM felt very SWIFT in the beginning, but is feeling rather halted at the moment... I have felt despondent and tired and the theme of EXILE has been strong for a few days now... I need more of the LIGHT at the end of the tunnel now! I'm losing steam... But it's great to be reminded of the POWER to CO-CREATE our experience! In many ways I feel like I'm doing what I'm doing almost as an answer to a 'CALL' - although I have no idea what that call is... Thanks again Pam. I am already in boot camp with the management of those energy you spoke. When I think back what it was last year...oh boy...I woke up with my toroidal glands like a duck egg and as never before. I was sent immediately for ultrasound, however before the results came up it had settled down. Doctors even sent me for biopsy afterwards. I worked deeply on self healing up to middle of January, when one morning I woke up with my inner guidance asking me to look at the mirror. I did and touched finding nothing. Doctors could not find anything. So much has been happening with my vibration and visions this year. This year my insight during my ultimate and possible self care my inner call, few days ago was to grab a calendar and count back up to 144 days. I did, and it happened to fall just on my Birthday. Regardless all my investigation and inner research , it’s all yet unknown in a deeper level, so Its been peacefully walking through it, and in a intensive self care exercising as much as I can my consciousness with many ascended Masters I receive support for many years. Your teachings and also from Bracha have been of great value in this journey for many years. I am eternally grateful for the light beings you are. I know that it’s been great for many others too. the winter solstice chart is amazing! Jupiter and Saturn at 0° Aquarius while the Sun is at 0° Capricorn. Wow. And the solstice is just a few degrees from the Galactic Center. I have to watch the last three videos again. There is so much to take in now. Thank you for your positive uplifting outlook. We need it here in the birth canal.

SO interesting about the shift from Earth to Air elements! I was born in 1980 and I feel like the children of that conjunction in Libra are here to Usher in these transitions from Earth to Air! Right now I am in my maturing north node, being 40 years old, and I am working on a book that is a new interpretation of 5 element healing philosophy based on what we now know about the Autonomic Nervous System! In this book, I am also bringing back the emphasis on Air as opposed to Metal, that is currently emphasized in the 5 Element traditions practiced today.
