My brutal self is intense. It’s a huge part of me that is essential for the deep transitional work that I do in my practice. I have been told that I can frighten people and I believe that is true but, In this deep dark space I am able to hold space for others in tremendously difficult situations. I resonate deeply with Ann Sullivan, Helen Keller’s teacher. I am SO right there with deep devotion as she was. In fact, I sometimes frighten myself with my capacity to go places where angels fear to tread.
