Regarding the issue of control. In Stoic philosophy, it is taught that we can only control our own actions/behaviours/habits. Oh my goodness! I'm actually in a phase of deep transformation, which feels so exhausting. The old patterns fall apart and I don't know, what's going to come know. Hi Ria, thank you for sharing the message. I can feel it so badly this tail of the lessons I needed to learn from my oldself. I am transitioning into a new life. I quit my job which gave me the one and only financial stability. I am about to have a trip back to my roots really soon. I am about to start my own business and a side hustle that will support me while I'm building my own. A lot of things are moving and changing. But I got stuck in an old way of thinking questioning myself whether I will manage or not and also in scarcity (i don't have enough). One moment i can feel that i'm on the right path. I have faith in life and myself. The other moment i can loose faith just like so. This new moon is a good one. Definitely the hardest past of shedding the old and welcoming the new. I'll keep going and go through this discomfort anyways. Knowing and trusting that there's light on the other side of the tunnel ❤

Been about 1.5 weeks now with the rashes and itching Been doing epsom salt baths at night and using lavender and peppermint essential oils. I am healing but the itching still persists. Uncomfortable in my skin literally but not emotionally
