I'm very torn right now between the strider and the infinity. I use a glorious model o and I've got stock, ceramic, and upgraded ptfe feet on hand for it as well (both the flat ceramics and the concave lexips). I don't care what feet I use because I'll just use that for final tuning, and I play a mix of destiny and apex primarily. If it's too similar to really make any kind of meaningful distinction, that's also fine too. Currently I'm on cloth and I like the softness and smoothness, but I don't like the static friction of it and it's also wearing out. Thanks for putting these videos out though, they really help during this aggravating and intense gamer research phase of buying new stuff

Odin user here, highly recommend ! for people who are new to it, it will feel really rough and your wrist might get stuck alot like what happened to me but after a few weeks/months you will start to get used to it! very nice glide it makes my viper mini fly in stock skates. if its still too rough after a while i would advise using moisturizer or lotion before sessions so it will be less abrasive, dont be dumb like me and put random ass powders in it xd edit : 9 month update, still. literally the same feeling as it was day 1, although i left it hanging on my desk for a couple months too it still fixed from fraying and other issues., def one of the best pads ive had.

A wrist compression sleeve would help a lot if the abrasive texture hurts your wrist. Can be kind of expensive for what they are but theyre definitely worth it.

Honestly feel like we are hitting the peak of top quality mousepads. Just a lot of good mousepad options out there in the market. I also feel like mice are also getting closer and closer to that peak as well. Wireless mice with top tier sensors, switches (such as kailh or huano), and good shapes (tho we need more imo). I think we just need a bit more variety such as a wireless XM1 (hopefully EGG can finally release this already...), wireless ZA-13, viper mini ultimate, etc...

The only direction mice can go right now is increased polling and optical switches. Optical switches are better than mechanical every day of the week. I honestly think they should make a custom mouse and keyboard port that doesn't use USB since higher polling rates as a solution kinda sucks atm in most situations.

Very late reply but I have both I like the Odin better both are great I just enjoy the glide on the Odin more. Venus is very solid though if you want a tad bit more control but still a smooth glide.

If you play tac shooters get a Artisan Zero Xsoft (preferred over the soft) if you play lots of tracking types games Hien and Hauate Otsu. If u don’t know what to get or you play both get a Hien xsoft or soft (xsoft is preferred)

i had a similiar problem (deep wrinkles on both sides) and they hit me up with 2 new pads! one v2 black as a replacement and 1 v2 midnight purple, just because they are awesome.
