Hey Dina! Might not be something fantastic or anything, but watching you has inspired me as a Believer to start dressing more modestly. I never got satisfaction from shorts and tight shirts and such (honestly I felt kinda gross), but since dressing modestly, I have this great satisfaction for some reason! hi dina, i have a tip for u daughter so she will drink out a bottle. my english is not good, but when its time to feed her, dont feed her en wait till she be very hungry so she will drink out of a bottle. and push the rubber thing in so she can taste the milk in her mouth and then she will open her mouth automatically just be aware that she has to learn to drink out of a bottle so it can take some time.

@dina look into diastastis recti its abdominal separation and you have to do certain exercises to get rid of it. Also leave the house on the weekend. Pump sid lots of milk. You pump while you're out so you don't engorge. She won't starve herself-she will take the bottle! Lol trust me mine didn't take a bottle until 5 months when we did this and forced her to choose between bottle full of perfectly good milk or starve-she didn't starve herself.

Wrap your belly! I'm not sure if it's too late, but I heard & read that after you have a natural birth, you wrap your belly because your skin is still super stretchy and so whatever you eat stretches it really easily. If it is too late, then I suggest light/moderate exercise while your belly is wrapped so that you sweat more in that area. Good luck boo, remember you're beautiful regardless 😘😘😘

The bottle thing; it's gonna take time! Two weeks is nothing. You're going to have to persist and never give in to them rejecting the bottle. Do it at times where she's not feeding just to sleep or when she's only a little bit hungry. Don't worry after a month and a bit she'll start becoming excited to see the bottle. Hi Dina... I totally understand your problem .Pump milk and store ... They are good for 4-6 hours in room temperature.For nipple of the bottle use similac one time use ... You can get them from Amazon... Make her hungry then try to give her the bottle..that may work...:) hope this helps..:)

Hiya sometimes it is best to let baby get really hungry (almost starving) to make them have bottle. I had the same problem with my first born, I found the aptimal starter kit helps as the nipple of that bottle is easier for the baby to latch on to and is similar to the breast. Hope she takes it soon.. Keep at it and she will take it x

Now sis Dina, listen i know its driving u nuts cos of the physical changes... my older sis went through the same process twice and still she is nursing so i know about the food cravings. long time ago I watched a video about this new mom and how she had lost all the pregnancy weight (52 lbs) the most important thing which she said and i still remember is that, "lets be real, it took me 9 months to gain 50lbs+ , it will definitely take me atleast another 9 months to lose it in a healthy and proper way". She was also nursing. please sis take each day at a time. MashAllah you have a gorgeous daughter and a very helpful hubby, trust me you will go back to the way you look physically. there is nothing wrong to make hannah drink from a bottle. My sis had to go back to work after the 6 weeks of maternity leave was over, so she used pump out her milk and my mom used to feed them. Also after she used to come back from work, she would nurse them and she did it for 20 months. Good luck with everything. Try to have some 'me time', so that you can be a little less stress. I hope I didnt hurt your feelings, if i may have please forgive me. Just wanted to share my view. love u alllllll... muuuaaahhhhhh

Dina, I love you so much lol.. That sainsburys trip was hilarious with the frozen peas😂😂😂😂. I'm so with you on the getting in shape quest🙈 but don't worry I'm post baby number 3 who by the way is 2 and a half😩 what helped me to drop the weight first time round was walking! Try and ditch the car wherever possible. Also with the bottles, it is easier if Sid feeds her and you stay away, as if she knows you're around she will resist them. Just keep trying her.. Leave the house for a few hours and she'll eventually take it once she realises😊 This worked with my last 2👍

I was going to suggest the NUK bottle. Hope it worked out. Please don't rush to stop breastfeeding. Babies that are breastfed get sick much less than formula fed babies. Don't stress over your bust size. Think of it as only this big to care for Hana. Always a blessing. As for the 'hungry all the time', it is because your body is needing the calories to produce the milk. Good idea about the fruits and veggies. When you are craving sweets it is your body telling you that you need more carbohydrates from fruits. You three are such a beautiful family.

Try Dr. Browns bottles, they worked for my baby . He went thru the same thing, refused the bottle. Also, I recommend you introduce liquid formula only for when u leave her with daddy, pumping is a hassle!!

Salaams sis just a little advice I had the same problem with my daughter, and what I had to do was for 4 days my husband took over with my exspressed milk in a bottle and fed my daughter slept with her away from me soon as she needed feeding in the day I handed her to my husband and there was some screaming from her and fighting the bottle but she gave in eventually hope this of some help inshallah, ps you are my entertainment every blog you put up.
