yes thats the new core build! mandate isnt as strong because they nerfed both mandate and nami’s e this patch!

Kinda lane enchanters need buffs like… when your whole and only purpose is to heal and most bruisers can heal themselves twice more than you can heal your allies … lol

@@werq180 yeah true they can give you a little bit of shield and move speed as well. Feels worthless when there are items that do it for free though. Like I’m sorry if you’re gonna see an Aatrox heal 400+ HP per auto attack when he only has two items that makes ur entire kit entirely worthless lol.
