The brush application really made a difference. I also can't see any difference between the side where you used the Natasha Denona Hy-Gen Serum and Beautifier and the side where you didn't. Very pretty look on you. Thanks for the video.💚

I’m so glad I tried the brush, I didn’t really like the foundation until I switched to the brush. Yes I couldn’t see the beautifier coming through at all. I think this base only works if you only top it with a bit of concealer. I loved the finish this foundation gave ❤️

I'm interested in this, but I'm more excited about the Hy gen liquid foundation that ND did say is coming. I absolutely love her concealer, so i have high hopes for this powder foundation and the liquid 😊

I really love the look of this foundation, it’s looks great on your skin. I’m happy you reviewed it because I have dry skin too and normally stay away from powder foundation. When you do your favourites at the end of May I’d like to know how much you’ve used I think that would be interesting to see. I have the BK 105 which I would use with this but looking great Han and thank you for the full wear test it really helps ❤xx

On Natasha's KZbin shorts, she pats the foundation in with her puff, rather than swiping
@hanbeauty1018 ай бұрын
Yes, I find I get a better application with a brush, swept all over ❤
@elainebines68038 ай бұрын
I know you prefer brush but she was showing that you can use the puff but patting, not swiping with puff, as you were doing. Correct me if I wrong but you didn't like the puff method but that's because Natasha said many, once using her method, like applying the puff as well, if not better than, the brush method. My sister has the foundation and uses brush method but I'll try the pat method with puff when I eventually order. That was great, the shipping! It would be interesting if you tried the pat method with puff on video for those that may prefer that method but I completely understand if not. Bare minerals I use and apply in a swirling motion but not good idea with ND powder foundation. Powder foundations tend to last better and look better as day wears on as powder foundation work with your natural oils. Great video anyway 👍

@@elainebines6803 I’ve tried it all ways now and still prefer the brush. In my recent video using ole henriksen I used it with this method as a finishing powder, you’ll find that section in the chapters ❤. I’ve since bought a lighter shade aswell which I think works better on me

@@hanbeauty101 that's great. I'm a new subscriber, today to be precise. I use to wear Laura Gellar balance and brighten, quick and brush method but dissapointed as faded after about 3 hours. Hello ❤ We are skin twins and I went to Sephora to check the shades. I purchase N1 because N2 was too yellow on my face. N1 is a bit too light for the firsts 10 minutes, but it oxide and it turns to be perfect. I like it for days where I only have time for brows and bronzer. I have combination skin with a very oily T zone, no dry skin.

It looks beautiful on you! Thank you for your review, definitely a powder foundation I have to try. I was not sure whether to get N1 or N2 (I have a similar fair light neutral skin tone as you do), but seeing it on you I am wondering if N1 would be too light for me...

This foundation looks stunning on you! 😻 Thank you for the in-depth review. I was so excited to receive this foundation yesterday, but sadly, it did not look nice on me at all. I’m in my late 20s with dry skin and it emphasized lines I didn’t know I had and caked :(. After watching your review I’m inspired to try it again with a brush and different skin prep. Fingers crossed it works out! Do you have any recs for a less expensive alternative to the BK Beauty 105?
@hanbeauty1019 ай бұрын
That’s a shame. Yes try it again with a very moisturising base. Any dense flat headed brush should work. Kabuki styles should be good, they need to be fairly firm. I’d love to hear how you get on. Another thing you could try is spraying a moistening face mist over it when you finish your full face ❤️
@kateboy-rx6jt9 ай бұрын
As per a previous comment, I also preferred the brush side application. Having dry skin I need to see more reviews & woukd like to see the shades in person as N1 looks yellow online. ND says this can be used as a setting powder. Would love to see how this works if you could try that too.

I use N3 under my eyes and in lids and N1 to brighten other areas. I got RN1 which is quite pale on me but isn’t yellow, it needs to be used with plenty of bronzer though. N2 is a little too warm, I’m going to try them both together soon

Thank you for the review. ❤ Do you find the colour to lean a little yellow? I have a big problem with a lot of neutral shades, most of them lean more yellow on my skin. My perfect shade match is Lisa Eldrigde Skin Tint T3.

A little bit, I do wonder what the cool would look like but once I’ve added everything on top I’m happy with it. Sometimes it feels like we need another shade, one that’s part cool part neutral. It’s a nightmare isn’t it? ❤

I see in the comments lots of people are trying this… I must say I don’t like it at all. I don’t think it looks good on the skin at all. It looks bad on the nose where there are pores. And on the forehead it looks like it has grabbed in large patches and coverage is uneven. Around the moth and on lined areas it looks bad. I don’t understand what people are seeing it looks not anywhere near as good as a liquid foundation …. I just don’t get it.
