Hey SunRaes! In this video, I say don't forget to add conditioner to your scalp, I actually meant roots. Sometimes we miss our roots and then they look puffy and feel dry and we are wondering why. I do not intentionally add conditioner to my scalp, but if it gets on there, I don't mind. If you have scalp issues and don't want conditioner on or near your scalp, then do what is best for you. Hi Rae I finally received all my NLS products including the deep conditioner and did my wash day and I loved every last one of them. I was so excited and forgot to use the agave deep conditioner 😅. My hair turned out awesome so next week I will be adding the deep conditioner and will let you know my thoughts. Thanks again for the NLS recommendations.

Thanks for the review. I’d have to say this is not my favorite NLS deep conditioner. I would give this a 8/10. Pros: Great application, provides moisture, breeze with detangling Cons: It doesn’t provide the shine that the other NLS deep conditioners give I tried this a second time an added a small amount of the mixed fruit DC and it is amazing together.

I don't like it 😬 It is a smooth application, but it reacts like a styler in my hair. I applied it all over, but once I grabbed my Felicia Leatherwood brush to thoroughly detangle...it was a wrap. This treatment clumps and defines my curls like their okra gel(which I love). That's a problem when you're trying to detangle. I love their shampoos, Irish Moss and Strawberry smoothie stylers, but NLS's deep conditioners just don't work for me anymore. I'll just stick with Shescentit & Curl Origin for DC's.

The same thing happens to me with NLS deep conditioners. I thought I was the only one. It’s one of my favorite brands but their deep conditioners are not it. I want to like them so bad but all they do is define my curls and provide no nourishment to my hair.

Awww, sorry you didn't like it. I have never had a problem with detangling my hair when using their DC's. I agree that SheScentIt and Curl Origin both have really good DC's, so if those workk, then you are covered. 😁 Thanks for tuning in and sharing your experience.
