What the CDC has done to people with a legitimate need for pain medication is beyond words. They have caused more deaths, illegal street purchasing, arrests and long term addiction than people realize. And you can rest assured that the ones who make the rules have no problem getting pain meds for themselves or their loved ones.

I keep saying the same thing. If the government would just legalize and have a drugstore in every cvs that has every street drug available with ID of course 21+ like alcohol then it would wipe out the cartels overnight. Yeah I agree, not a very popular opinion but the drug war doesn't work. All it has lead to is fentanyl and millions of overdoses. At least with herion the chances of overdose was usually a lot lower. Exactly. I struggle to walk and have been on opioids for 12 years. I have been on the highest doses of fentanyl patches, which helped, but the stigma is too high for doctors to prescribe. As terrible as it sounds, the medication described might help me walk. All my opioid receptors are shot to hell after 12 years and getting off them isn't an option, my heart cannot deal with the withdrawal and I cannot deal with the pain of CRPS.
@RickyL305 Жыл бұрын
Exactly Maggie Hill and Mrs. Spaz, I have been on placed on four different confirmed narcotics. The highest dose of hydromorphone which according to pain management doctors is the medication which contains the same ingredients as heroin and with warnings to be very careful with it by both doctors working together in the same office I go too. I am prescribed on my better days not right out of my ongoing surgeries to my feet the highest dose of oxy. I am also prescribed Xanax due to my depression resulting from a incident I was in from overseas and the highest dose of gabapentin due to nerve pain from the incident and the ongoing surgeries. I have cut back pretty well on all four on my own overall and can easily get by the entire month with having many left over before the new scripts are issued. As I found myself overdoing them at times in my past and now of days, I do not at all. But the days that I can't get out of bed, they help tremendously. I will never turn to the streets for anything, not even marijuana like I did in my past before these scripts were issued. Unfortunately fentanyl is being placed in marijuana now so people must be very cautious with It. I was only issued fentanyl one time in the hospital by IV as well as a strong amount of mg in morphine. Personally I do not prefer either to manage my pain levels.

Then there is other narcotics stemming from fentanyl known as ISO, Benzodope, Frankenstein and a few others I know of but not coming to mind at the moment within the USA and Canada alike with both American and Canadian dealers creating these narcotics in the dealers homes right here on our own soil that is between 120 to 150% deadlier than fentanyl. Now carfentanyl is the absolute worse than any of the ones mentioned as carfentanyl is 100% stronger than fentanyl itself and is already on the American streets . Europe has their own problem today with a street narcotic known as "pyro" that is up to 150% stronger than fentanyl also stemming out of the UK and now spreading to a FEW EU countries. It is Just a matter of time before that as well will be in America also .

From the large-scale dealer perspective, more doses in a smaller package means it's easier to smuggle. Less risk & way higher profit profit margin. At the lower level, it can end being added into everything, including non-opioids.

People who don't understand addiction should NOT comment. I was exposed to drugs at 9yrs. after being molested and kidnapped that is trauma that no one should have to go through. At 9 you can NOT tell me I truly had a choice and full understanding of what was going to happen. I did things that were against my morals in my late teens and early adult life now I have 5 years clean and sober. I am certified the the state health department and work with people of all walks of life. The opposite of addiction is connection to those that understand. there is no difference between and alcoholic and a drug addict is just different poisons. Every person that is struggling with alcoholism or addiction is still someones child, is still human and there is still hope for recovery.

There is what is called on the streets as tranq that is in this video. Not only is it 40% stronger than fentanyl itself but it is known to cause major wounds and infections. It originated according to the media from Philadelphia however before I known a individual in Orlando Florida whom died from it as she was found on the street dead her husband had confirmed years back so who really knows where it stemmed from but it's all over the Place. The U.S is the worlds largest manufacturer of pharmaceuticals. Almost 50% of all prescribed drugs in the U.S are for Opioids. Many of these people become addicted from prescription drugs given to them by so called licensed medical professionals. The same professionals that receive bonuses and kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies for pushing their products. When they can no longer afford or get pharmacy grade drugs they move to illegal street drugs. Big pharma is a huge part of the opioid crisis in America!

They aren’t after a while, but the first try is always super good (assuming one doesn’t overdose). Addiction is a sickness, and the drugs relieve them of the sick feelings temporarily. People who try drugs do so naïvely and because they’re seeking a feeling they aren’t getting in their sober life.

You don’t get it. The news blows stuff out of proportion. I’m A fentanyl afflict myself. It is not as strong as they say it is. Neither is the new shit they are talking about. ISOs are only about 2x more potent than fentanyl not 40. So it just causes addictions more than it does deaths. That’s beneficial for the dealers because it keeps customers returning

I would have to see the medical information if physicans would perscribe pain meds not pain drs who are in it to do injections and make lots of money but doctors medical that know there patients then this shit would decrease. The dea took away that right if people are in severe pain they are going to go where they can get help. Commit suicide( multiple cases) or go illegal. What ever happened to darvocet-n? Best med for arthritis pain low on narcotic schedule but some physicans did a study on people who died and said it caused “pulmonary hypertension “ and they banned it. This so called covid vaccine has more adverse reactions. As a medical provider im sick of hearing about this, the dea belongs down by the border and physicans need to start taking care of their patients or retire.

If someone really wanted to stop doing drugs and etc then they would. Only the addict can ever be the one to stop themselves plain and simple. If they choose not to stop its on them if the end result is fatal. As long as they are not affecting the lives and surroundings of people that are living life smart and productively is the important thing. My family has always had the rule if you ever become a addict or criminal no one will bail you out or baby your stupidity of choice.
