Worked as a waiter 1977-1979. Lot of changes from the MDR - The L room - The Patio Room - The Terrace. Enjoyed serving all the Stars from Screen and Sports that used to stop in. Also serving the guys planning their Mardi Gras crew banquets for Rex and Endymion.

Definitely a lot of changes! Towards the end before the ownership change it had some definite need of getting back on course. The food is back where it should be!

Another New Orleans staple! We book Brennan's for 2 different Mardi Gras Krewes annually...most of our time spent in the Court Yard. And for The Bishop, being of German descent, if he didn't get the Schnitzel, I would have been disappointed. Good job, fellas! - The Commodore.
