That pecan turtle Crumbl cookie looked delicious to me. However, I know the looks of crumbl cookies can be deceiving, as they tend to be to overly sweet for me, which is definitely saying something, as I am a sweets lover! (You are right that it probably would have been much better had it been hot!)

This is the same place that shutdown in Mobile and told no one, not even the employees. They found out the day they showed up for work and it was shut down. I will never support the cowardly owners of this shit hole.

Mobile is older than New Orleans. Mobile simply means “furnished” in French
@NOLAGent1
@NOLAGent1 15 сағат бұрын
European cities that celebrated Mardi Gras and still do are all older than Mobile. Nobody said New Orlens was older than Mobile. The French settlers that founded Mobile (and later New Orleans) were already celebrating Mardi Gras in their colonies in what is now Canada before they brought down some of their people to found what became Mobile and they were celebrating Mardi Gras before Mobile existed. The oldest European city in North America is St. Augustine, Florida, founded by the Catholic Spanish that did and do have the tradition to celebrate Mardi Gras long before Mobile existed. The credit Mobile gets is throwing a great New Years party and then for the Mobile gents that moved to New Orleans who recruited some NOLA gents to borrow the floats and costumes from Mobile's New Years celebrations to start a new way of celebrating Carnival in New Orleans. Mobile was not the first in North America to do Mardi Gras and they were not the first in the USA as Mobile was admitted to the Union after New Orleans. There were also Catholics in the original 13 British Colonies who also celebrated Mardi Gras and the Protestants also celebrated it. History simply doesn't support Mobile's claims to be first in either North America or The USA.

I have never experienced such a disappointing barbecue. The meat was burnt, salty, and heavily seasoned. The waiters cut the meat into slices of 1 to 2 centimeters thick, and when we asked for thinner slices, they didn't understand and spoke neither English nor Portuguese. Additionally, you have to get up from the table and go to the waiters to request another drink or any additional item. Brazilians, stay away from this place to avoid disappointment. Contract an actual "Gaucho" to teach you.

I stayed at a Quality Inn in Grand Island, NE earlier in the year. They had what looked like a cool, "vintage" dive bar, but it was closed and appeared to be used for storage. I was disappointed, but my liver probably wasn't, haha. I was even more disappointed that the pool and hot tub (which had a similar vintage charm) were closed, as well. This is a cool concept for a review video!

I see the conversation has already been had here but I have to add, charging for sharing an entree is ridiculous. It's the same amount of food and costs them nothing for a customer to share. Once I buy an entree it's up to me how or by whom it's eaten. Offering a taste to a friend or significant other is gonna cost 6 dollars? That's insane.

I've seen a couple of your videos. You've consistency stated that you prefer vinegar based coleslaw. I get that, but EVERY good coleslaw has a certain amount of mayo in the recipe. Chic-Fil-A and KFC are prime examples of good traditional coleslaw.... which includes mayo. Having said that, Vinegar is a quintessential ingredient for ANY perfect coleslaw.

I use the sauce at the bbq joint I'm at to give a full review of that spot. Some places have multiple sauces while many have one. If a place has multiple I show those. This joint just had one sauce. If I ever get my own BBQ setup I could do more sauce reviews. I did a sauce review when one of my friends did a BBQ/burned brisket on his Green Egg...
