Looked like there were only like 4 guys really set up to make a car go down the street. People forget that the most important part is making sure it goes down the track(or street). That Firebird especially understands the weight transfer aspect

Traction Control in some form or another I would guess. As soon as he gets off the brake the tyres rotate perfectly, barely any slip.. And suspension that almost self levels while keeping the car a few degrees nose up attitude the whole way down. Look at the wheels as they go over bumps, micro reactions to absorb the bumps , but none of that transfers to the chassis, the car stays at a near perfect weight transfer angle. Nothing about this is luck, he understands vehicle dynamics - whatever the parts are, they work together well as a package.

the light man gets worse every street race. maybe Andre at HPA should do an online course on how to be the tree man at a street race correctly. step 1. stage both vehicles on the line and make sure they are both all spooled up. step 2. walk backwards holding the light up, but not lit yet. step 3. press the button on the light that turns it on. i know its a really difficult concept to fully understand, few years of schooling and you'll have it!! love the content 1320!!!
