It’s all what makes the end user happy. Both killer vehicles. I have both and love both. Both are absolutely insane bashers that nobody could really complain about as far as capabilities and performance. That said, when I break something, depending on what it is, the X-MAXX is alway less expensive to fix. If I had to choose one or the other, it would be the X-MAXX FOR ME, (this is a simple opinion) The X-MAXX has an edge that I can’t quite put my finger on. Bash on boys & girls. ✌🏼🤙🏼🏁

Outcast for the win! Outcast seemed to get higher, plus it pulled a double backflip, the xmax sounded like it was struggling to pull one. You had plenty of time to do a double front with it too but you stopped the rotation at the height of the air. Clear winner in my book.

So the Xmaxxs was at a little disadvantage here because it was running belted tires, whereas the Outcast was not running belted tires, so those tires ballooning helps the car flip more. Also, I was only running one set of batteries in this video, and I would switch them out From truck to truck. The Xmaxxs also had a disadvantage using halfway charged batteries during this bash. 👍🏆⚡️🔥🔥

Is the Outcast V2 chassis different, or the same EXB as the roller V1?

Its the same EXB chassis, same arms links etc as the previous EXB. Main thing that’s different is it’s rtr. A new system that has more punch and a Servo that has more torque than the rtr.

The Xmaxx is always gonna be my favorite because it is the RC that has given me the most for my money. That has been my personal experience though. I know a lot of people have not had that experience with it and I respect that. Both truck are completely awesome and so much fun to drive! I am happy that they both exist to offer us different driving experiences. That’s what the hobby is all about. The outcast has always been my favorite rig. I’m glad he brought it back to the channel What I like about the outcast is the way it drives straight and it’s not wonky lol. Double front flip withstanding the xmaxx bounces really high most every landing. I doubt it's actual suspension rebound. More likely blowing through the suspension and bouncing off the chassis. Im admittedly biased. I have the outcast and prefer admiring the xmaxx from afar.
