when you use lavos to infuse elecric, the dual ichor incarnon passive triggers it and it COUNTS as a melee attack. So it should retrigger melee influence (tried it in belly of the beast before the infinit spawn got removed. I could stand there wach them die until incarnon ran out).

I did a steel path circuit and got "stuck" with the lesion. It was either that or heat dagger. The lesion/rhino got me to lvl900 ish with a melee build. I also got the decree that cuts weapon damage by 50% but buffs ability strength by 600%. Roar was absurd. Was still one shotting but team was going down so had to leave.

I see Lavos and say yeah it's his augment again. Only reason Slampotes build worked was cause of Lavos. This one you can't get Blast Electric on Dual Ichor to proc Melee Influence cause of the inherent Toxin that's why you need Lavos to force Electric. I tried it and it's disgusting. At least now I got variance in builds with Lavos, one for slam and one for Dual Ichor.

Suggestion for improving build: Swapping killing blow for seismic wave, and spamming heavy ground slams. Killing blow is additive to base dmg mods, whilst seismic wave is multiplicative. Also, gets the added benefit of the added slam damage; also has a fairly large 9m radius, with minimum dmg of 70% at the edge. For some reason, it seems to be able to proc blast as well..? While there are some more pros, there's some cons as well, like the inability to deal with certain flying enemies, and whatnot.

Hey, I wonder if tauforged purple shards for "damages against enemies affected by electricity" wouldn't be another great option. If I understand well, it also works as a faction damage multiplier so you would replace Roar for something else in that case (the infamous Nourish ? Not sure because it would reduce the numbers of blast procs).

when DE think that melee is not strong enough with influent, they even make it far stronger. Spoil: Now damage can by pass corpus shield gate now, so you can use heavy hit melee to 1 hit corpus( which is atleast 2 before). Ofcourse somehow almost all melee are stronger than before

No this was explained my KnightmareFrame a million times before... It does work, it just can't self Proc it's self anymore, so it won't infinite spawn camp anymore, it still spreads and kills just fine, and Lingers to kill new packs.. it's just not Infinite anymore..

Sigh. The moment I saw what Harmony does, I thought of this kind of build, and it immediately made me frown. I hate that changes to the meta and Valence Formation together have given Lavos sauce, but in a way that mostly ignores his actual abilities. Lavos is quickly becoming Chroma 2.0, just instead of a couple of buffs on two legs, it's a bunch of passives on two legs.

To me a “broken/meta” build is simple in terms of acquisition w/ cross arsenal compatibility. Mirage’s clones procing influence was broken, operator amps procing influence was even crazier. That’s broken, 1 thing working too well not as intended. These videos are just 3000 hour builds presented as simple and are outdated most times because most builders have already discovered this stuff. Do something simple calculated and new “Protea’s 4 is stronger than you think” thats an insane vid for free but you content creators say her 4 is trash 🤦🏽‍♂️ so ppl helminth. Idc what “synergy” builds you make but stop presenting it as broken when it’s just the proper result of damage calculation, this is how you get basic interactions nerfed and ruin elements/arcanes/warframes cross game
