I love both of these dynamite performances of Shine by Mori! The music video was done for the 25th anniversary of Shine being composed in 1996 by Trina Belamide for a music festival. Trina hand-picked Morissette to perform it - wise choice! The Wish Bus version is closer to the way that Phillipine legend Regine Velasquez modified the song. 😊😊❤❤❤❤

When I first heard Morissette some 7 years ago, I thought I was listening to the best young female vocalist in the world. I still do. Her tone just sits pleasantly in between my ears at both ends of her vocal range. Even when she's outright belting, it sounds effortless. Their are some incredible female vocalists, but none as versatile and dynamic as Morissette. If you haven't heard Lara Fabian's 'Broken Vow' and 'Adagio', I simply suggest you react to these two songs.
