I love how creative you are to design art supplies storage ideas and how good you are at 3D modeling them to bring them to life !! Also that frame is immensely pretty

Thankfully most of the art supplies storage are quite simple, easily designed shapes because I’m really not that proficient as a 3D modeller 😆

I love the 3D printing idea! I must acquire a 3D printer one day...

It really is an incredible piece of technology. And one that is much more accessible than a lot of people seem to realize. You really don’t have to be some technology/computer genius to be able to learn how to work one.

You inspired me to ask for a 3D printer for Christmas (which I got). We just got it set up and have been printing non-stop ever sense.

Lol part 3 of my ramblings. I got the prints in the mail two days ago. I didn't want to reach out for a coupon code specifically so I could pay full price. I love them so much. I'll be moving for the first time in June. I'll be going to a whole new province. I am super excited to hang the horror story prints up in my art corner.

Ahh! I can’t believe I didn’t see this until now! I’m so glad your prints arrived safely and that you’re happy with them!

I'm obsessed with your craft paint storage! I have about 120 bottles that I keep on my desk in clear acrylic nail polish racks. But your 3d printed honeycomb storage solution would save me so much more desk space! What type of 3d printer do you have? And what software do you use to design your prints?

I have quite a few different types of 3D printers at this point but the one I tend to recommend now for anyone just getting into 3D printing would be the Creality Ender 3 V2. Really any of the Ender 3 printers are fantastic but spending the little extra money on the V2 is sooooo worth it for the upgrades that it has. Generally I’m using Fusion360 to design stuff.

Question about your uv resin process. Are you useing sla printer resin or a thicker uv resin. How do you deal with the gassing while in an enclosed studio?
@studioofmm2 жыл бұрын
It’s printer resin mixed with baby powder. Typically I just put a mask on while I’m using it. I find that once the resin is cured it doesn’t give off much smell. If anything does seem super strong I have an air purifier that I’ll turn on to circulate things out more.

Since no one has asked xD why did you buy a new printer?
@studioofmm2 жыл бұрын
Oh, haha! 😆 The print head on the old one died (something with the actual electronics, not just clogging) and of course it’s less expensive to just buy a new printer apparently.
