Dang, I ordered last week, of course I missed a sale XD oh well I'll set a reminder next time lol 😆 I really love my pallet tower, it's basically enabled my Roman Szmal hoarding since I haven't seen any pallets that hold more than 24 full pans before.

Yes, it’s a completely in-house operation. It’s actually one of the few products that I still make that isn’t completely designed and manufactured by myself (the metal container).

Just an idea, but have you tried incorporating magnets into your palette towers so that the layers stay connected without a rubber band holding everything together?

It was an initial thought but there’s really no good way to try to incorporate them with how they’re manufactured or even with the design of the product.

From your experience, to ship internationally do you think is worth it to get the option with tracking? do your shipments usually get stopped at customs? xD I saw one of the Kuretake versions that is beautiful and a perfect gift for a friend (and also a perfect excuse to get something for myself), but sometimes getting stuff to Europe might be tricky. What do you think? ^^

I haven’t gotten any messages about any particular customs issues from customers but I know that there have been some recent changes to different European laws in regards to international mail and customs. Generally it tends to have a lot to do with the total value of the package so depending on how much you’re interested in ordering that could be a big determining factor. It also might help that it’s being shipped from Canada. I know that I have a lot less hassle with packages from Europe vs the US. I guess it depends on how much of a safeguard you want but I also know how crazy expensive tracked international packages are 🥲
