My husband and I are finally going out on our first date night this Saturday! Our son is 8 months old, but we haven't been out in at least 9 months because I was on bedrest the last month of my pregnancy. I am so excited to get out of the house without baby, but anxious as well about leaving him.

I have two kids and they both slept through the night. I’m not sure if I got lucky or if my breastfeeding schedule I made for both of them helped... I read babywise and fed them every 2 1/2 hours for 20-30 minutes they slept 6 hours at night woke up to eat then slept another 4 hours. I did not lack for sleep! It was awesome.

Susan Yara I can't remember the last time I traveled or went shopping for myself. My social life is almost none existence. On the flip side, my husband and I feel blessed to have children.

My kid was so easy as a baby, slept through the night after 4 months and I could get him to nap almost every where. Afterwards,😬😑 he’s very independent and always has been. He does whatever idea pops in his head. I love him though😊

I feel like I'm such an off the cuff mom, and I don't care if that makes me look bad. My job is my social life, my gym offers a daycare I use sometimes. My biggest sacrifice was getting to run my errands peacefully lol and it feels like my brain changed. I'm just not the same person. I like this me more though. I also never get to rest because my fiance is a lay about.

He may not have sacrificed sleep, but he sacrificed flexibility. My son was STTN at 3 months bc I did the iron clad schedule.. My daughter still usually has a night feed at 8 months bc you can't keep a newborn on a schedule with a toddler in the house lol :)
