Nice board! The OCD and fuzz are great soloing effects. I normally put my timed effects and tuner on the lower tier for quick adjustments before and during each song without a long reach.

Fascinating! I mean that tan line,,, Whoa! This was very educational, Bradly. Thanks for sharing. I've only ever had the vaguest of notions that this stuff existed. I thought all the crazy sounds players created were simply from the guitar and amp knobs. I had an electric guitar and an amp once in my life. Nowadays I'm all about acoustic. 20+ years ago while traveling across the country looking for a piece of land to buy deep in the northern woods, I met a woodsman and we got to talking about music. He asked me if I had a guitar with me and I said, "I have an electric guitar." He looked around at all the trees and said, "Well, I guess you don't have one then".

Hi there. I have the Fulltone 69' as well. In case you didn't know, there's internal bias knob inside the pedal that if you turn counter clock-wise may get rid of that spitty sound (32:12) and tighten and fatten it up a little. It made a big difference for me.

I've played with the trim pot a little, but I quite like the "spitty" sound. :-)

All solid pedal choices. Man the isolated power supply makes a huge difference. I was powering my pedals with a One Spot daisy chain and then picked up a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2. With the Voodoo Labs power my pedals sounded so much better. Especially my fuzz pedal. It was like a whole new pedal. Don’t forget you can power a pedal or two off your Boss tuner as well if you run out of power slots. You’ll love the HOF2 reverb. I’ve had the original and the second version. Sounds very natural. 🤘🤘🤘🎸🎸🎸

I’m a sucker for fuzz. I’ve got three fuzz pedals and will definitely be getting more down the road. I’d recommend the Black Arts Toneworks Pharaoh and the Ron Swanson Super Fuzz. Both fun pedals!

Were you able to use the standard power cables that came with the ISO brick to power the '69 Fuzz? From what I'm reading, it needs a center positive, rather than a center negative cable but I don't fully understand it.

It DOES need a center positive cable! I can't remember if the power source came with a center positive cable. I may have ordered one from voodoo labs.

You should check out “wildwood guitars” on youtube. Greg Koch does some awesome guitar demonstrations - and he has the most quirky sense of humor. I love the videos because I can tune into his oddball presentation style.

I love my Big Muff, with a treble boost from a distortion pedal or equaliser you can get some really rich sounds out of it

I was really struggling to find a good place to mount my mxr iso brick to my pedaltrain and the best I could come up with was to mount it on top with the pedals…Which brought me to this video, and low and behold you are having the same struggles. Lol. I don’t tgink they even make a mount for it because it would still sit terribly between the rails. How does a company like MXR come up with such a poor design when most everyone uses pedaltrains.

It's a bit of a hassle for sure, but I have it mounted underneath the board pretty well now using 3M dual lock tape.
