Echinacea is one of my most favorite garden flower. ♥️ I have 4 varieties to start from seed this fall. What a great clearance selection 😮 mine was dismal, but I did find a couple hosta.. forget the variety but it’s pale yellow. I love to rehab a good plant 😊

Awesome! I did some using the winter sowing method in the milk jug and they are so lush and bigger and actually have buds now. Will be blooming soon so I can see what colors they are.Check other locations to see what you can find! Enchinacea is addicting to buy and I LOVE the varieties you can find. Thanks for watching!🥰

Oh wow! You get a better selection than my zone 8A-B. I love stone crop and daylilies. Thinking of adding echinacea to my Asian themed garden beds.

Hmm, probably because of the zones and areas. I can imagine how pretty your Asian themed garden looks. Do you have Azalea, Japanese Maple, grasses in there and a water feature?Those are great plant choices.

Since you enjoy planting seeds, are you familiar with FOUR O'CLOCK flowers? I believe you will enjoy them. They close during the day and open up at night about 6 pm. The seed packs can be mixed or solid colored. They are self seeding. Plus, you may collect seeds for placement in other areas. Four O'clocks are drought tolerant and easy to prune. In my garden, I have given them their own designated corner. They are beautiful. More information is available on KZbin.

Good morning! I’ve seen them before, but never got them. However, Walmart has seed packets for 50 cents which I thought was weird around this time. It’s new shipment too. I actually picked up some Four O’clocks just because you recommended them. I will start them next year. Thank you so much for the recommendation!🥰

Consider giving your zone and state at beginning of every video.

No worries! I do not remember saying it sometimes so I have added it in the description box so it will come over automatically on all the videos. Thank you for watching!

Our winters get below 30 @ times. What should I do with all the echinecea this winter.
@alexandrinavictoriagarden58313 күн бұрын
Hello! Don’t worry your echinacea will be fine, they are hardy down to zone 3 or -30 degree weather. Leave the plant up so the birds can eat the conehead in the Winter. When Spring comes and you see foliage emerging from the grounds, then you cut off the dead foliage, by then the birds can find food on their own. Thank you for watching!🥰
