Cool feature! I see it's only possible to use Roboto as font at the moment. Will it be possible to pick other fonts as well? If so, is there any indication on when we might expect this?

Hi! Thanks! You can change fonts in our product creator. Roboto is just the default, but you should see the option to change it in the top toolbar. :)

Could you make a video about the automated personalization but from the Etsy customer’s point of view. I’m not really understanding how the process looks from their side. For example, are you saying somewhere on Etsy they can view the product with their name or personalization on it before they purchase. I’m so confused.

Hi! On Etsy, there's no way for buyer's to automatically view what their personalized product would look like. You can choose however to share a picture of the personalized product with the customer via email or Etsy messages, for example, before submitting it to production.

I have HelloCustom as well- haven’t used it yet. I am playing with Printify’s new custom update for my Etsy now and it’s a slow process for me as I’m making sure I up the price & getting my desired 30% margin after sales discount so I’m not in the red (which I used to do starting out 😅… not trying to race to the bottom, right?!

Same here, subscribed to hello custom, tried it 2 times and didn't trust that text sizing will be accurate after I had ptint mistake.. this is way more true to size as the mockups are accurate in printify . @MariMari-vq8hl

I got Hellocustom and I do not use. They have a limitation on how many pixels the images can be and also are missing a lot of the most popular fonts. Tried it with one product and it was a headache. Got their lifetime plan but have no use for it.

These videos are all irrelevant if pop-up shops aren’t optimized for mobile. Customer service keeps giving the excuse that pop-up shops aren’t meant for mobile viewing-what? It's embarrassing to direct anyone to my shop from Instagram. When you click on any product image on mobile, it opens on a blank white page with no menu or back button. This is unacceptable. Pop-up shops absolutely must be mobile-optimized. It’s 2025. Please escalate this to the highest level.

@@Printify Hi! Thanks for your reply. We are all eagerly awaiting this optimization! The site looks really good on mobile, OTHER THAN the previously aforementioned errors. Please don't totally re-do it! Additionally, is there any way to lock a custom domain to our Pop-Up? We can currently re-direct a custom domain on our side, but it defaults to the long, clunky, Printify domain. This is confusing and off-putting for customers. Can you look into allowing custom domains?
