Its a good idea to talk to BJP or opposition party members for allowing S+4. Manohar khattar was incompetent leader, and was not able to decide it despite his appointed special committee recommendations were given to him. Modi is not realizing that by keeping useless incompetent leader with him will not take the India to next level. I hope Nayab Singh Saini should be better

भाई जो दिल्ली वाला सुंदर को नही जानता वह दिल्ली क्या इंडिया को ही नही जानता तथा दिल्लीमे जमियां ही नही।। सुंदरनगर अपने नाम से भी अधिक पोशँ तथा सुंदर ईलाका है।।दिल्ली चिडियाघर से आगे तथा इंडिया गेट के पीछे का मथुरा रोड का ईलाका है वहाँ बंगला 100 करोड का नही बल्की 150 करोड का होना चाहिऐ।।

Sir property in gurgaon is overpriced it will come down the reason is in sector 47 60 sq yard EWS plot asking price 2 cr it is not a logical price for a EWS plot if price doesn't correct to Kahan pahunchaoge

Stilt + 4 nahi hona chaiye. Infrastructure par bohot load padta hai aur mere floor ke rate ni badhenge.
