My car I’m part exchanging I’ve had 5 years from 2019 it’s the 3008 gt line premium with every extra 180 bhp Diesel 8 speed auto pearl white / pearl black roof only 16 k took it into Peugeot dealership in perfect cond for mot /anual service Feb 12 th this year they totally wrecked the engine I haven’t had it back it’s now June 3rd gutted. I’ve had on order e3008 GT it comes the end of this week but can’t have diesel so full electric let’s see if it lives up to the hype ( I’ve had diesel since 306 in 1999 . God bless 🙏🏻🇬🇧

don't know why but i have the feeling that these small engines from Peugeot are not that good? would have loved to see this car with a 2.0 diesel engine and a 180 HP

Any SUV should not have an engine smaller than 2 Liters, any engine that has a Turbo should have at least 2.5 Liters minimum... anything else is just an engine on steroids and will burn to a crisp after 50.000km A normal combustion engine of 1.2 Liters (lets say the Chevrolet Spark) can put out a healthy 80 HP on regular gasoline. Imagine slapping on a Turbo and pumping up the horse power to 136 with the same engine, that's madness and ive already seen many engine failures in this model in my country because of the areas here have steep hills, people will wear this engine really fast.

Dan, be honest and tell me which one you think is better, Hyundai Tuson 1.6 Hybrid ( You drove it before this ) or these PUG 3008 1.2 Mild Hybid ? I like French cars, but I think this Peugeot is inferior in every way 😟

this is my 3rd 3008 and when i got the first I compared it with Hyundai ... There is no way that is better. Plus I think is much better looking than a tucson but I guess that is something subjective

It's the wet belt and consumption of oil which the 3008 has so research done but I was quoting a couple of Peugeot mechanics but what do they know right.
