If I lived out west, was rich and knew someone who knew someone, I would get one of these.

Some of this needs to be moved into the stock machine from the factory. Polaris knows the cage is not as safe as it could be by putting a different cage on this one. Things like the improved front diff mount for durability and changeability should be a no brainer. The improved arms should be an easy change. Granted a lot of that does not need to be on a stock machine, but it does show Polaris can do better.

I would assume 150k but if they got it down under 80k that would be crazy. I dont see them selling this in dealerships

All this engineering and time spent designing but still using a CVT dependent on a belt. Is it only me or doesn’t that seem like a poor choice? If you ask most people that buy a Talon or a yxz why, they tell you tired of dealing with belt issues and constantly driving with belt preservation in the front of their mind.
@joshowens2219 Жыл бұрын
Easier to replace a belt than a transmission. Had a Honda Talon, hated it.

There's guys building some thousand horse power + snowmobiles with a belt!! I have a 21 pro that's highly modified and never blown a belt.. I have a pro R that I'm putting a turbo on at this time. And I've done 1 other one as well.no belt problem. There's guy right now that are running 750 hp to the tires in a pro R and haven't heard of him having any problems. Once you actually know that there's tricks on driving anything that has a CVT belt system. And with proper maintenance and knowing how to actually drive it and you don't have many if any belt or clutch problems...and way cheaper to repair than a transmission in a Honda...just my opinion along with over 50 thousand miles behind the wheel. And working on them for a living I drive many different sxs's....take care....Bob...
