If Trump beats the polls by 2 in one of the states, he will probably beat the polls by something close to 2 in the others. North Carolina, Georgia, and Nevada/Arizona are in 3 different "regions". It would no longer be a good bet to say Trump will beat the polling by 2 in those regions - Harris could even end up winning them. Those multiple paths to victory are why her odds remain pretty good even though the polling currently shows her behind in PA.

People that voted in 2016 and 2020 would now be considered “likely voters”. They weren’t “likely voters” in 2016 and 2020. Due to the huge registration numbers of new women voters. It’s more likely that Harris voters are being undercounted now. Similar to all the abortion measures that have been on ballots over the past few years where Democrats were undercounted.
