@@wonka-je8mw don't get me wrong. Klein has good quality equipment however the variety of options available from Klein just isn't there yet for me or anyone else already established in a tool storage solution to switch over. Its going to have to take something that really changes the ergonomics game along with options for tool storage for me to consider changing. Packout has the biggest advantage because they were the first to have a bunch of solid options from the start. Rigid had their 4 box system as well yes but milwaukee really hit the mark when they started because of the way the system locked into itself along with the box latches. Rigid really missed the mark with how their box system goes together. Don't get me started on makita and that abomination of a storage solution. Festool has great system but it is primarily meant for single location storage for tools and very cumbersome to move from job to job. Flex looks great and they came out with a bunch of options but its not that much better than milwaukee to where I want to switch over to flex. This is definitely a wait and see moment for Klein. Good stuff but not enough good stuff yet to warrant a change.

I switched to the Klein hardhat this past January. After wearing it in the cold and hot weather I can say it is a great hard hat. I'm on call so I'm out at night a lot. The light that clicks in the hardhat is a great setup. Very easy to click it in and not worry about it falling off. The only thing about the light that they should consider is, have the ability for people to use their own lights. I've been using Zebra Light headlamps for over 10 years and, IMO, are the best headlamps around. It's better than Klein's light but with the Klein hardhat I can't use it very easily. Come up with some kind of adapter to fit tubular head lamps. Also great to see the hardhat fan update. I've got the old style and while not too bad, this new setup looks better for those really hot days.

@apllDgrapllD Жыл бұрын
It does! And they have several other ones that do to
@PhotoBobBarker Жыл бұрын
Yeah, the way they talked about it could be kinda confusing. The charger on "normal" rapid charge is simultaneous. It's only when doing the "80% in 15-minute" charge mode that it only charges one battery at a time. I don't really know why they did it that way, it's only pulling about 450-500 watts to charge at that speed. They could have made both charge at that speed at the same time for not really a whole lot more (considering the $250 they want for the new charger).
@247Combat Жыл бұрын
@@apllDgrapllDit does not charge both at the same speed so kind if misleading. The other milwaukee charge i have a 6 oort but only charges 2 at a time, the flex 4 port charger does all 4 at the same time fast. Why cant milwaukee do this?

I know what you’re referring to. I simplified the introduction by calling it a “tiny circular saw” and while he did say it was for Electricians, he didn’t start off by identifying it as a metal circular saw.
