Installed 1 of these Predators on my p pump 24 valve w/ 700 horse towing beast, a year n a half ago: Best money ever spent on my engine!! Had an Airdog 2 4G 165 that lasted a few months, and burnt out. Zero issues with it so far, also adjusted up my pressure to around 75-80 @ 2500 rpm. All I can say is: Absolute best pump on the market, running in conjunction with a universal inline dual water separator / fuel filter kit from eBay.

My neighbor drag races a kenworth with a 8v92t detriot and they figured out a fertilizer pump from a crop sprayer worked perfectly. They did that back in the 90s still using that setup but changing to a 12v71t Detroit now.

Increasing the fuel pressure effectively advances the injection timing on a mechanical injection engine like a 12v. That explains the power gain with high fuel pressure.

I know everyone has their own preferences on certain programmers and tuners and what they think is best. Knowing you have ran many and I’m sure tried most of them I am curious as what you would recommend on a 2000 cummins. I have ran a juice with attitude for the last 10 years and it finally went out on me and I am debating on what to put on it. The truck has a fass 150g pump, mishimoto intercooler, phatshaft 62/80/14 turbo, +65 injectors, cold air intake, wide open exhaus, and a built trans.

This pump is quiet, you can't hear it over the engine noise at idle. There are two options: 1. Route it through the stock filter canister after this lift pump. 2. Select the PDD filter-head option and then remote mount the slick looking filter base wherever you want!

Will it clear the track bar? Does this only work if I delete the mechanical fan? How do you regular the pressure from the pump? How does the fuel return work versus how it’s setup on a FASS or airdog? Will this support up to 1100hp?

Serpentine belts AND the belt tensioners are meant to be replaced as a "paired set" every 100K miles. We all KNOW no one replaces ANYTHING until it leaves them on the side of the road! 😂🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ That said, everyone with half a brain carries a spare serpentine belt for when the one on the engine shreds & leaves you on the shoulder... So if you KEEP spare drive belts IN-VEHICLE for your Predator Lift Pump & any other belt-driven accessories your engine has, (I personally carry TWO spare accessory drive belts in ALL my vehicles!) you'll have no worries. 🕵🏻‍♂️👍🏻

Pretty cool. My truck is low key but I really like the concept of a mechanical pump like that. Seems like it would be a lot better then the stock one. And I like the mechanical for reliability. Isn’t it better to keep your pressure stock on an almost stock truck? Also have you thought about a kit that puts it up higher? Maybe of a different accessory? The only reason I say that is because I like to go camping. My truck sees a lot of off-road. I would fear mud snow rocks sticks when it is that low. Otherwise this is very appealing.

Would this pump make a 12 v hualler or a 24 v work truck dependable at standard flow rates. I love all the racing stuff but my two daily drivers and my 6x6 project truck ( mini Pete ) will mostly be stock. I hate the Bosch pump on my 24. I have replaced over 100 on other people's trucks. And some times the pump will not even turn on. I'm ready to p pump my 24v honestly

Yes, but the drive hub connection to the crank is most likely going to be different so you'd need to come up with a custom drive hub.... or a bunch of potential customers than need it, then we could design it and build it to support the 6v53 market.

That's a Ron's mechanical fuel injection pump. Which before it was a fuel pump it was a soda pump. I run one now on my methanol injected big block Chevy race car.

@@pddofficial yes they're great pumps. Highly recommended for diesel engine due to lower rpms. My pump supplies over 2 gallons of methanol per 1/8th mile. Now they made an 0 and a 0 1/2 which do you carry? I run the 0 1/2.
