I like the look of them but truthfully I'm happy with the looks of the stock tail lights. What I do want and will gladly give my money for is if someone comes up with an illuminated version of the center black strip that connects both sides. Now that I would be first in line to buy from you! Keep up the great work and awesome videos!👍

Agreed. Honestly, the more I see OLM taillights, the more I appreciate the current stock ones. What I want is this exact taillight, but the brake portion is just so awkward. I love the running lights but wish it was just a bit bigger. I love the sequential.

For me, it's close but no cigar. I really like the boomerang portion but the overall shape of the taillight really limits what the aftermarket can do. I still highly prefer the Valenti style taillights from the last gen and the shape of the previous gen taillights let the aftermarket go crazy with awesome looking designs.

The thing is there's been a couple people who have absolutely cleared these stocktail lights and they look 10 times better cleared. I'm usually not one for cleared tailites but they look fantastic on this 1

I think these are interesting. I was initially ready to jump on them but once I saw them light up I wasn't sure anymore. The running lights just seem a little too anemic, the blank field seems too big when off the brakes. I think if the brake light portion is revised slightly, making them a bit less imposing, these lights would be awesome. I do like where these are going though, gonna have to see them driving at night to be sure.

I dig the outer C light and I like that the inner part is sequential I'm just not feeling the actual design or pattern of that inner part. And even the little bottom section as the brake lights just looks...odd. Like it's emphasizing the wrong part of the light. Overall it's just a bit busy for my tastes but good to see some options showing up already.

The audacity of this dogwater company is hilarious. Buy your parts from somewhere else than FTSpeed or Subispeed folks; support somewhere that supports its employees and treats them with respect. An 8-year, passionate, face-of-your company employee deserves the respect and courtesy of at least a conversation being had about any conflicts of interest or things that would necessitate termination of employment if continued. To outright fire him out of the blue without giving him a heads up or notice that something he is doing/saying will not fly and deny him the ability to make an informed decision on what his options are going forward reflects poorly upon FTSpeed/Subispeed. In a game where you just play the middleman, I will gladly take my business elsewhere to some other middleman that isn't FTSpeed/SubiSpeed; there are a plethora of other options out there that can access more or less the same catalogue of items. FTSpeed/Subiespeed did Kevin Vo dirty, when Kevin Vo was a SIGNIFICANT part of why the company is as successful as it is today - hopefully yall's marketshare takes a deserving hit and Kevin lands somewhere that will treat him better and be worthy of the good-business his passion and efforts bring forth.

Have you seen the full bar tail lights from LH Group? Makes the reflector section on the trunk that always should have been a light... into a light. Maybe you could help get those sold in the US or get another company to do something similar

Functions are good. But aesthetically...only the big boomerang looks good. Top of the body looks to flat and sharp for my taste and I don't like to see the insides. OEM ones look more adult.

I am ok with them. The revision to keep just the boomerang section as running lights will be much better. I honestly agree with others that I have nothing against the stock lights, but options are always nice.

I like these, they’d look great with the 4th break light creating a cohesive design… I prefer smoked lights anyway for the clean look. With the changes mentioned in the video, I’d definitely consider these depending on the price. Much more inline with the look I’m going for on my blue GR86, already got the smoked 4th brake light on the way and can’t wait to see how that looks! Stock tail lights are way better than these. The shape of these replacements doesn’t fit the flow of any part of the rear. The brake portion looks like it was an after thought. And the center part that they thought people would like is clearly a flop. But I do love that people will buy these and I can then get cheaper than new replacements for my stock ones when people want to get rid of them.

I prefer the stock taillight design because the “boomerang” is the full size of the taillight. It seems a bit busy. The sequential turn signals aren’t as intuitive as they should be. A larger double boomerang could look cool.

I see what OLM were trying to do, but it's a no from me. Not a fan of how the brake lights arc downward - it gives me E63/E64 BMW 6-series vibes. I vastly prefer the stock taillights.

Get rid of the “c’s” and turn them into a straight LED line like the other larger section of the taillight and you’ve got something to show off in my opinion …I do not like the cccccccc things…😮 and just black out the bottom section entirely or paint match it to the rest of the car maybe?!? But I love the initial larger portion of the LED break light. Like the previous gen stuff.

In all honesty not a fan of these, me personally if I’m gonna change the back tail lights I would like something completely different, many people have compared the lights to a Honda civic, so I would like to see a design change in the tail light, also not a fan of the lights. They. Aren’t bad, just not my taste

I’ve noticed that none of the aftermarket options properly fit or compliment the design of the car. This car is a lot of smooth lines which flow together, and then this light is more angular and is too much going on. Simple is better, and all the 4th brake lights so far and this tail light are WAY over designed.

Gonna be a no from me, dawg. The running light portion is clearly inspired by the Valenti tail lights from the gen 1 but that shape doesn't complement the larger tail light assembly of the gen 2. A different design that takes advantage of the extra space (like the stock tail lights) would be better.

I would have designed it so the boomerang is flipped and covers the entire outskirts of the lights. It should start near the trunk and it should expand outward. Still think these are pretty cool but I surely expected more.

They are trying too hard to keep the same design as the previous gens but they need to change slot on these tails for them to be good cause rn the turn signal looks weird and should just be one solid bar and the brake like looks so goofy

Love to see some classic clear top/red bottom euro, BMW-esque with updates bar lighting. No fancy lines or squiggles, just nice crisp straight lines to emphasize the width of the car. Think MB SL lights from 90s

Good start but just not right yet for me. This prototype has everything I want. Sequential turning signals and boomerang running lights. Honestly, I don't mind if they leave the inner portion light along with the boomerang light running light together despite the revision. However, that brake lighting is just so awkward. It's not enough and feels so small. Not only that, but it is also just a big gap when the brakes aren't being used. So far, no OLM taillights have really "Wow" me yet and it is making me appreciate the stock taillights more. Can't wait for the revision but definitely not right for me yet.
