How do you book a shower slot please?

You need to go there to the shower counter (turn left after entrance) and they will give you a queue number.

I am wondering if it’s worth paying for, there for 3 hours at midnight on Friday and my ticket is Business Lite 😮…. I think likely to be far too busy to enjoy it 😢

It depends what you want to do in the lounge. If you want to have a proper meal, a glass of wine and take a shower, it’s worth it. If you just go there and sit until next flight, you can skip it - you can go and chill in their recently opened Souk in the airport. Yes, midnight Friday is the most busy period, but you will find seats.
