Yup. Buying this. Like a fidgety budget Spyderco Chef. Absolutely perfect design for a freehand sharpener too. Total homerun.

Concerning, price point and quality. The more knives like this in your collection, the more life you can get out of the premium knives...never can have enough decent quality "beater" knives...learned that by the presence of the buyers at the ATL bladeshow Honey Badger booth...just good beater knives that there was a demand for....

Jerad, ive been sharpening all day, but for the life of me i cant get some 20cv and magnacut to deburr. Ive stropped, tried ceramic etc. Any tips?
@jdisdeterminedСағат бұрын
@@citizenkane454 Have you tried raising your deburr angle a couple degrees higher than what you sharpened at? You won't form a microbevel if you don't use pressure. You may have to drop back to lower grit stones to remove the burr then switch sides every few strokes to avoid making another burr on any higher grit stones if you want more refinement. You already formed a burr so you know your apex is good so making more burrs isn't crucial.

I'm pretty new to pocket knives, and keep seeing it without quite knowing what it's for - Why do so many pocket knives have a hole in the back of the blade? Does it have a special purpose that i'm missing?

Looks really cool, but wish they'd have gone 0.125" instead of 0.154" on tge blade thickness. Seems like a lot of unnecessary weight and thickness to me.

Reate pivot lock is stronger than Vosteed Vanchor lock. It has a bigger locking block.

The way I see it, if anyone can make a better damn video, then do it. I watch Neeves reviews to see what my next badass knife is going to be because I trust his opinion. idgaf about the quality of any camera work, and if you are a serious knife collector, then neither would you. P.S. I just got that KB Stroller you reviewed, and it's amazing. My new EDC. Thanks

not a fan of this new tiktok style camera editing tbh
@NeevesKnives3 күн бұрын
Tic Tok style, 😆 the first time included it in another video it was an accident, that's me recording broll and is what I do, normally you don't see what I do because it's cut. And it was literally only the first clip of broll so it was only the first 30 seconds
@zade85863 күн бұрын
Think you’re the brainrotted TikTok brained person here if you call B-roll “TikTok style”.
@stimutacss3 күн бұрын
@@zade8586 I don't even have tiktok. I just dislike that snap zoom effect and I usually see them in short clips.
@stimutacss3 күн бұрын
@@NeevesKnives yea I've never seen you do that before was just giving some feedback in case it was becoming a thing lol.
@NeevesKnives3 күн бұрын
@stimutacss broll can take a lot of work not only filming but in editing, but it makes a video much easier to watch and understand. It's something that can make or break a video imho for an example if I'm trying to show you texturing on something I could sit there and fumble with zooming in and trying to get the camer clear and the right angle while you sit waiting for me to finally get 2 seconds worth of a visual that took 20 seconds to get or I could just record that separately perfectly and add it in when I say it, bang saved you 20 seconds of life you can't get back
