This is a video about "Regalia Paper", a new paper from India. I got an unexpected package in the mail from Endless Stationery last week. They're not a sponsor... they didn't ask for a review. I don't know how they got my address, but I'm glad that they did: they sent two notebooks with their new "Regalia Paper".
The first was an Endless Recorder hardcover with Regalia paper instead of the Tomoe River 68gsm that they've been using for years. The second was a desk-pad called a "Creative Block", basically a tear-off notepad with dots on one side and plain (with a logo) on the other.
So, as you'd expect, with a new paper that I don't know anything about, I decided to run it through a battery of tests: I tested it for sheening, shading, feathering, bleed-through and ghosting, and I also did a cursory test of how much it picks up the oils from my skin and rejects ink (which is a problem I sometimes have with Cosmo Air papers).
