This knife has by far one of the best deployments I’ve ever experienced. Love this knife. It’s beefy, well balanced, no play with great ergos and nice aesthetics.

Not sure about the knife but I can't wait to buy your stickers. Just gotta check with my nephew to ask where the cool 5th graders place the sticker on their iPads. Honestly, I always wondered: "What do people who have graduated HS (or aged out and are no longer eligible to attend HS) do with a sticker?". But then I saw your stickers. A cartoon cat with a Jason mask and a gory knife?! My only question now is: "Where can you NOT put that?". There's no way that everyone I know would justifiably mock me endlessly if I showed it to them.

This knife makes no sense because the Vosteed Raccoon top liner lock exists. 14c28n $65.

Vosteed has some great things out now. The Raccoon and Hedgehog, plus the new Vanchor Lock. I have an Ankylo on the way. I do like 14C28N more than Nitro V, but Kizer did a great job on the lock, action and feel is nice, and this type of carbon fiber is making me more interested in it.

I personally dont care for carbon fiber, but this textured stuff is by far my favorite type. The weave feels good and not slick like most smooth carbon fiber. I still prefer micarta any day. Everyone likes something different!

Very cool looking knife right there.the blade reminds me of the mini nightshade which I've wanted forever now it seems. Button actuated liner lock is sweet looking

Hmm. I just got mine. Great knife but the detent is quite stout. No chance of reverse flicking it. I wonder if there’s a way to adjust that detent.

@@Kenman_DanKenman I took the clip side scale off and gave the lock bar a little pull with a pair of pliers. First 2 times I was conservative and could only feel a very slight difference but the third time I gave it a good twist and it lightened up a LOT. Now it reverse flicks like a dream but it lost that killer snap on the flipper tab. Definitely a winner now.

It's pretty sweet. Action is great. Lock works like a good button lock, and carbon fiber feels awesome on it.

I was wondering if that carbon fiber actually has a tactile feel to it? I've seen it on several of the new knives. I was just wondering if it is an optical illusion, and the scales are actually smooth and flat or if it feels like it looks? 😎👍 No dying that.

Basket weave carbon fiber is probably the best way to describe it.

It's a microscopically thin layer of CF but you can definitely feel the texture of the "weave", 100%. It feels fine to the touch but it's quite slippery.

@dbuck01 mine does not feel slippery at all. Texture is very grippy. I dont usually like carbon fiber, but this feels great for me!
