That is what this band has always been its basically Techno / Metalcore. Normally this style would turn me off but this band has always done it so well and its so unique.

Great reviews!! Looking forward to more. Have you guys actually checked out the band "Yoth Iria" out? If not their video and song "In the Tongue of Birds" is just so good! It´s former Rotting Christ member Jim Mutilator´s band. New album as well just came out. So much better than Rotting Christ album this year.

The Browning has had massive rave parts in their songs since 2011 with their album Burn The World

@ i’d say less now but more at the same time. Burn This World most songs were synth driven and in your face. I feel the stuff they did on Omni was more of catchy synths accompanying heavy moments. And classic Browning antics. They’re kinda just as present as back then just moved around in structures. I can see both sides tho.

FYI: Switzerland and Sweden are very different countries. In Flames and their ilk are from Sweden. Swedish melodic death metal is often referred to as having a "Gothenburg sound" referring to the city in Sweden.
