I can’t get enough of a reactor that is this passionate and in respect of But. What about you? Lol. Inside sometimes, I feel like nobody could love being a RENegade more than me. And everything I get to experience through REN, but I think many of us all feel like that, and sometimes I repeat it in to many videos. (Ren pointed us all towards his sister's IG when she started posting more and she is so lovely. Such a free and wild heart. And she's turned her back on the money game to embrace nature and is teaching us all about medicinal plants and foraging.) Scott, i love your passion. Ive watched your love for Ren grow from day dot. I feel so f***ing proud that i live in Brighton... English home of the most talented artist ever in my lifetime (all 49 yrs of it). I saw The Big Push a few times & i watched Violets Tale being filmed (from a lights out lounge window overlooking The Laines). We are now all responsible, as fans, for keeping Ren safe whilst he has treatment, protecting his image and not adding to the enormous pressure that Ren is under atm. Thanks for your love of Ren 🙏❤🙏

Looking at some of the locations, I agree with you that some are of the Brighton promenade where Ren shot Genesis but then the ones he shot in the underground are in London (Brighton doesn't have an underground). The station where he's filming the escalator scene could be Westminster station as it's one of the newer ones and looks nice. Could be another one mind you. Westminster station is the stop just outside the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben too, so there's that. What i found super interesting, was the shot inside the train (the tube). This is because the frame around the foreground has been changed from a carriage door to a white house doorframe with a money sign on it. Very interesting and subtle. ❤

If I was the little sister I would have been bawling through this but as a little sister can you imagine her journey? Having to watch Ren struggle and suffer, for years. Having to watch your parents unable to do anything. When Ren got the #1 album there's a quick clip, the first person he phones is his sister. She must be so proud to see him now even with his struggles.

I lost my little sister to cancer a few years back. It seems odd to call her my little sister when she had 3 grown boys and got to see one of them married, but that protective big brother feeling never goes away. This song brings tears every time - not sad tears because I miss her (I do), but happy because of how proud I am of her and happy because of the love we had (no matter how much we annoyed each other sometimes).

This song makes me cry every time at the sister part. So many feels. The producer of this one was also ripped off by Kujo. They considered doing Beat Down together but Ren wanted to do that one himself so they're 50/50 on this one.

I've said it in others' reactions, and I will say it here; I believe Ren IS a Prophet; like Prophets of old, "Our Creator" has challenged Ren with illness and suffering to test his worthiness to bring forth 'HIS WORD'; Ren has proven his worthiness. Now, like a Prophet, Ren speaks/sings Truth, with a message that the Masses NEED to hear. If Mankind would just listen to the message, and heed what he has to say, then Maybe this world could become a better place. Ren exudes what a 'Human Being' should be. Don't misunderstand, I am NOT trying to elevate Ren to the status of 'Christ', by no means, but Ren is the type of person we All should try to emulate. BTW, I love your reactions; I watch all the time. I especially like when you have a guest and introduce them to Ren. I think that anyone that is a true RENegade, deep down, is a Righteous person. At this point, I need to see someone do a PhD dissertation on The History of Staircase (etc) Architecture in Brighton, and the Symbolism and Meaning of Its Use in the Art of Ren Gill as Regards His Music Videos. I doubt he's going to stop including them in his videos anytime soon. There could be a section discussing the use of other noteworthy not-staircase elevation architecture, such as car park ramps and rooftop terraces. Here's my list of material to be considered. All items are uses of staircases, unless noted in parentheses. Asterisks indicate settings that are not in Brighton in terms of the architecture part of this project, but might warrant inclusion anyway since Ren can't film much there when he's in Calgary for treatment. - official video for Blind Eyed - Angry Car Park Attendant version of Blind Eyed (featuring both a staircase AND ramps) - Screech's Tale - Violet's Tale - live version of How to Be Me (rooftop) (no, it's not filmed on a bridge, apparently) - Losing It (staircase AND rooftop WITH BONUS GORILLA) - I'm going to include whatever-the-fuck-the-street-architecture-is behind & above him in The Hunger, although I'm open to someone who knows Brighton telling us that those aren't ramps. Elevation architecture nonetheless! - All My Life retake takes place in a parking garage although the ramps are more incidental there (whereas in The Hunger they're a prominent feature of the setting) - Genesis live version (rooftop) - Illest of Our Time (some use of various elevation contrasts in a parking garage) - Animal Flow (with a second bonus gorilla appearance) - Suicide - For Joe* (balcony? rooftop?) - official video for Murderer (staircase AND rooftop) - live version of Murderer* (idk... it's not architecture but I'm sure someone writing a PhD would want to examine it to consider whether it has importance other than strictly scenery/backdrop) - Halftime* (underpass ramp) - Mackay* (this is the reason I thought I should offer the live version of Murderer; the setting for Mackay is Drummheller Alberta - absolutely stunning backdrop, but ALSO multiple levels of symbolism. If The Hunger belongs on this list, Mackay does too. So maybe there's something more than just backdrop to the live version of Murderer... it warrants further examination by our PhD candidate) - official video for Troubles* (purposeful use of highway ramps in the settings) - Money Ties (stairs, ramps, and elevator) Seriously, WHERE ARE OUR ACADEMIC RENEGADES and what amazing dissertations are they writing????????????????
